A wonderful cottage type stay the view was amazing the serenity perfect and the accommodations clean and with all its offered from books to games to movies and even ping pong was an entertaining touch loved the stay

Beautiful home/cabin with a fabulous ocean view, upstairs and downstairs! Kitchen is upstairs with living room,bedroom, bath. Fully equipped. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms bath/shower. Shampoo, soap,plenty of towels!.Everything was perfect. Even kitties nearby to say hello! My favorite place. Looks new to me! Amazing View!! Jon was great and so was Dieane!

Everything was fantastic One exception, an immense amount of crazy small flies that bite outside and inside.Other than that it was beautiful.

Beautiful house, ample space and rooms, ideal location with a great view. A few things definitely need some maintenance on the property and some items need to be updated such as the bedding (i.e stains, rips and tears). I would here stay there again but would plan to bring some of my own items (i.e bedding)

Jenna, I don't know how such terrible bedding got onto your bed. If that was caused by the previous guests, It should have been seen and the bedding destroyed. My cleaning lady said she had replaced the bedding. I'm not sure about the need for property maintenance. Jonathan

The view is very nice. The house is not new like the listing says, and the bedding is old and lumpy. The check-in process was a bit problematic. I suggest a lockbox for the door key in the future.

I'm glad you liked the view. 120 degree view of the ocean. The house is 20 years old. I'll think about changing the "new" designation. I'll check on the bedding. My directions are to call my caretaker, and go to her house, and let her lead you up to mine. I believe the information she provides in the house with you is better than a lockbox.I hope you come back.

The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Communication was quick and fluid both with Jonathan and the local house attendant. We travelled there with an EV and were counting on there being an EV charger, but what we found was only a regular outdoor outlet for drip charging. That should probably be specified in the listing.The bathroom drain unexpected broke near the end of our stay turning it into an emergency situation, but both of them were on top of their game to communicate, help us leave with no worries and a complete refund was offered and processed before we needed to ask.These things can happen anywhere but they managed the situation with professionalism and empathy.

It was a major communication disaster with check in. Thank you to Vrbo for assistance and the host for finding resolution. However, the monetary compensation did not change the experience. Yes, we did finally get in, and the areas were cleaned after we arrived, but it was beyond stressful. Thank you to my niece who reached out to Vrbo on my behalf and the host contacting me the next day. Also, to the caretaker we tracked down in the community that cleaned areas that needed desperately needed to be cleaned. It was not cleaned from having guests prior and appeared it had been closed for several months by the large number of dead flies

I have been surveying my reviews, and now see yours. I was aware of the many difficulties at the time. VRBO had always sent me texts when a guest books or enquires, but instead sent an email. I did not see that. You emailed me on Monday and showed up on Thursday, to the surprise of myself and my caretaker. I have again requested VRBO to send me texts, not emails, and that is now happening. My cleaning lady likes to clean just before someone's arrival, so the area is fresh, as she says. However, in this situation, her method compounded the disaster. Again, my apologies. You were good guests. Jonathan

I believe in as natural an environment as possible for a vacation home. The view of the ocean is profound, and for early risers, the southeast exposure allows for an inspiring dawn.

A nice property and great host. On short notice his well ran out of water. But he was kind enough to let us stay anyway. He gave a discount and paid for water we needed to buy .

Beautiful views and plenty of room.

We enjoyed our stay and found plenty to do in the area. There was lots of room for 2 couples. Point Michaud beach was gorgeous. The property manager responded promptly to our inquiries.

This is our second time staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed here with different family members. We are close to our family in L'Ardoise. The house is clean and has everything we need and we were so pleased with everything. We are planning our next trip with other family hopefully again next year.
