Inside, it's cozy and luxurious. The living room is perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings, with plenty of seating options, a smart TV, and a stylish gas fireplace. The open-concept kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a huge island with stools, and tons of cabinet space for your snacks and gourmet ambitions.

The dining area flows right off the kitchen, making mealtimes a breeze - especially when you're cooking up something delicious for a group of eight.

PS Desert View features four chic bedrooms with their own style and comfort, so relax and enjoy the vibes, plus three full bathrooms for maximum comfort and convenience.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite with spa-like touches, dual sinks, and an oversized shower.

Two additional bedrooms in the main house include ceiling fans, cozy bed, and easy access to a shared hallway bathroom. In addition, the guest bedroom with the two twin size beds can be convereted over to form a King size bed, given with a 48 hours notice prior to your arrival.

And the detached, but private casita is its own mini oasis - with a private entrance, king-size bed, full bathroom, mini-fridge, and television make for a perfect escape for those seeking additional privacy.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
