With just one step outside the glass sliders off the living room area you'll be enjoying the comfortable and private patio. This area is perfect for morning coffee and for watching the kids splash in the pool.

This private lounging area is your own poolside retreat, so grab your favorite beverage and kick your feet up. Day or night the pool, spa, barbeque, and fire pit feature will create wonderful memories while you're entertaining with your family and friends.

The amply stocked kitchen is ideal for the experienced cook or the novice chef. Your friends and family can relax in the living room or marvel at your skills as you're preparing alongside the expansive counterspace.

The living room offers comfortable and stylish seating for relaxing, entertaining, or catching the big game on smart TV. This home offers high-speed wireless internet, cable, and available apps for all of your personally subscribed to channels.

The primary suite is your own grand retreat. Both light and bright yet comfortable and relaxing the suite features a King bed, direct access to outside, television, celing fan, and closet space. The en-suite bath features a sink and a large walk-in shower.

The two main house guest bedrooms offer King size bed, television, ceiling fan, are stylishly appointed, and share the hallway bathroom that features a sink and walk-in shower.

The forth bedroom known as the casita is located outside the front door and has its own private entrance. This is a great location for those looking for additional privacy, or a great place for the kids to play while indoors. This room features two Queen size beds, a televsion, ceiling fan, board games, access to the pool, and it`s own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The sparkling pool and spa along with the outdoor fire pit make outdoor living a breeze. Luxuriate in the pool, or poolside in one of the many lounge chairs or just relax around the fire pit when the temperatures start to cool. The outdoor patio area has a comfortable dining table for six; and just adjacent is a nice grass area for playing.

Just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you are never that far from enjoying what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never that far away, from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs, there is something for everyone!

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
