With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Anna Maria Oasis comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups looking to unwind and soak in the island vibes.



As you step into this island gem, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious open floor plan boasting 2100 sq ft of comfort and coastal charm.

The inviting living room features a cozy sofa, an accent chair, and a smart flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

There are two dining areas to enjoy meals together: a round high-top table for 4 guests and a larger dining table that seats an additional 6, offering plenty of room for everyone to gather and dine in style.



The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream—featuring elegant quartz countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with extra cabinetry, and all the essentials to prepare the perfect seafood feast.



The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a king-size bed, smart flat-screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. It also includes a dedicated office space with private access to the deck, as well as sliding doors that lead to your own private side patio—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The second bedroom features two queen-size beds and a smart flat-screen TV, perfect for guests or kids who need a little extra space.



The third bedroom offers even more flexibility with a king-size bed and a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top), making it great for families or larger groups.



A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway to serve the guest bedrooms and features a tub/shower combo along with direct access to the deck. It also features a jacuzzi wilhirpool tub.



The open floor plan provides plenty of space for families or groups to gather.

The sunroom includes a sectional couch facing a 75-inch smart TV, a pool table, a kids' activity table, a bar-height table, and an additional dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably.



This expansive, L-shaped Florida room, located just off the main living area, offers gorgeous canal views and direct access to both the deck and the pool—making it an ideal hangout for any time of day.
