Enjoy spacious, comfortable living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, and dining area with seating for 12. Prepare and enjoy meals at home for a truly immersive vacation experience. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun comes up over the beautiful meadow. At night, take in sparkling views of the stars. The large yard provides plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment year-round. The outdoor decks expand living space even more. The paved circle driveway provides ample parking. Across the street is beautiful Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa, Ski Magazine ranks it #1 in the Midwest. Crystal Mountain offers to our guests all the amities they offer their own guests. You pay them directly for skiing, 36 holes of golf, indoor, outdoor pools and hot tubs, alpine slides, romantic chairlift rides, ropes course, the ultimate in family vacations. The crystal clear waters of Crystal Lake or Lake Michigan are less than 15 min away, and perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming. The Betsie River is less than a 1/2 mile away for some of the best fishing in the country. Scenic M-22 will take you to the wineries, restaurants, and rural beauty of Leelanau County or check out the shopping, dining, art scene, or festivals of downtown Traverse City just a 30 min drive away. If golf is your thing there are approximately 20 golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the home. We had a blast at the property! There were ample chairs for everybody to enjoy the fires at night. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The only annoyances I had were the late check-in time (but completely understandable) and that the grill was not cleaned at all. But overall, this was an incredible place to stay at an amazing price!!

The house was great as we had 11 people and it was plenty of room for all of us. The host was amazing and even sent for some items I asked if they had. One of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in. Close proximity to lots of great places!!

Our family has been coming to Crystal Mountain for over 40 years. Growing up with this gem has enhanced our lives greatly. Memories are made each time we visit. The family atmosphere is truly amazing, and as a year round resort anytime is a good time to visit. We now have three vacation rentals here at Crystal Mountain, as our family has expanded so has our network of friends. We invite you to experience all northern Michigan has to offer. Make your own memories year after year. It truly is a magical place to visit.

At almost 2000 sq. feet, this custom built home has open concept floor plan was built for entertaining. Covered front porch, a large back deck with dining table and plenty of seating. There is also a huge master suite with glass shower and Jacuzzi Tub. The great-room has a large 50” Smart TV, sofa and love-seat, Reclining chair, that is perfect for kids or adults that want to relax or be entertained while others gather in the large gourmet kitchen with center island that easily seats 13+ for meals and is fully stocked for multi-family extended stays and cooking. This home has newer Serta Mattresses and bedding throughout, newer furniture, BOSE Bluetooth Sounddock, Three Smart Tv's and much more to keep everyone comfortable. House has two large full bathrooms. A river rock stone gas fireplace creates a cozy main family room, with a flick of a switch the fireplace throws out additional heat for cozy comfort and relaxing ambiance. The house also has a great outdoor rear deck overlooking the beautiful meadow with an eating area, newer Weber propane grill l & large firepit area with plenty of chairs that are great for relaxing while catching up with friends/family or grilling your fresh catch of the day. Plenty of room in the front & back yard for those outdoor games

Full-size washer & dryer are also at your disposal for your extended stay. Located just a 1/8 mile to the entrance of Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa you have access to skiing, golf, biking, spa, indoor pool/hot tub and fitness center, outdoor pool and waterpark, high-ropes and many other activities available. (Daily Nominal Fee) So close you can even hear the snow making machines in the distance during ski season! The house is also a short drive for day trips to Arcadia & Frankfort Lake Michigan Beaches, downtown Traverse City, Crystal Lake in Beulah, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Manistee, Platte River rafting and many other areas of interest. There is even a newer rustic distillery (Iron Fish) just down the road and a Mead/Wine/Beer tasting room (St. Ambrose Cellars) that is just 10mins. north. Miles of State snowmobile trails just down the road and ATV/Snowmobile rentals close by as well. (Just over a mile) So many things to do and places to see that are close to the house, although the quiet and peacefulness of the place may be all that you need.
