Family Vacation Getaway or Reunion Three Season Home

Unique summer residence converted from a 1920's hotel. Located just two blocks (less than a five minute walk) from the sandy beach of 7 miles. Far enough away from the noise and traffic of the amusement park and pier but close enough to walk to.
The Regina is a very unique house. It was originally built as a hotel and includes many of the original features, including icebox in the kitchen for storing your groceries and sinks in many of the upstairs bedrooms. Most of the furnishings and accents are period pieces also.

The backyard is fenced for privacy and offers tables for outdoor dining, a large grill, and corn hole set for some family fun.

It is perfect for large family gatherings. It offers both the privacy of nine bedrooms and the large spaces of the wrap around glass and screen porches for your group to get together and enjoy games or just relaxing together. There are two separate areas for TV viewing - one for the adults and a TV/play area for any younger members of the family. The kitchen is large enough to cook for the whole gang with two cook tops, one oven, and two refrigerators and the dining room has multiple tables for all to gather and enjoy the meal.

Why pay for several cottages and have to meet up for activities, when the whole extended family can stay under one roof.

There is a seven day rental period requirement Saturday to Saturday from mid June up until the weekend before Labor day. Before and after that time period, there is a three night rental requirement. All linens are provided with the house and beds are made upon arrival - making check-in and settling in a breeze for a shorter off season stay.

Kitchen - Extra large kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils. Two cooktops, oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, food processor, large electric griddle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and Keurig.

The home includes five bathrooms, a huge dining room, sitting/reading room, sun porch, screen porch, TV room, and children's play/TV room. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room. Cable TV and wireless internet is included and there is a private outside area with grill and picnic table. There is parking for up to six cars.

Nine bedrooms include assortment of king, queen, full, and twin beds. Bed linens, bathroom bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels are also provided. This makes for easier packing for all.

Bedroom 1 - Queen-size bed, downstairs bedroom adjacent to a bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 thru 9 are upstairs with access to the three upstairs bathrooms.
