Spacious Alaska Basecamp - Close to Trails, Wildlife, Shopping, & Adventures

Thank you so much for your stay. It was a pleasure. Ginger Ale was great. Appreciate the kind words and so glad our house worked well for your needs. Always looking to make it better! Hoping to install heated towel racks for all the bathrooms this winter! Come back and see. Also want a hot tub on the deck but I am not sure if it is worth the work! Please share any photos you have. Thank you.

So glad our home had what you needed. Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to give us some feedback. I hope you had a safe trip home and the Jetlag is not to hard on your return home.

Katie thank you for the positive review. It is so valuable to us as hosts as this is our family business. Please let us know if we can improve this for future guests. All feedback is great. I have a list of improvements for the off season. The winters here give such a beating to our house. I will get more kitchen supplies. The balance is enough to be useful, but not to much to make cleaning between guests an issue. You would be amazed how much walks off. I hope to just keep improving the property! We love our home and want everyone who comes to feel it. You need to come back and spend more time here! Thank you.

Loved having your guys stay with us. Glad to have you stay with us. Please let us know if there is anything we could do to improve the stay next time.

Thank you so much for staying with us. Appreciate the feedback. Sometimes things in Alaska aren't always as tough as we would like him to be. I do appreciate the feedback on improvements we can make, as we are still trying to make this VRBO the best it can be. I think you'll be really impressed when you guys come back to stay with all the changes we've made!

You are too gracious. I want my home to truly exceed expectations—it is always a work in progress, especially with our tough winters constantly testing it. I appreciate all your feedback and sincerely hope you’ll come back to experience the beauty of winter here—the northern lights, skiing, hot springs, and everything that makes this season so special. It really is a magical place, especially around Christmas. Please feel free to share any ideas on how I can make this an even better place for everyone. I hope your family is safe and that you cherish these memories for years to come—at least until your next visit.

I'm so glad your family had a great trip in Alaska. There's always so much to see. I hope you return soon. I am glad I was able to play a role in your awesome trip to Alaska. Hope you guys made some great lifetime memories! Thank you for staying with us.

So glad you guys enjoyed your stay here. We get very few warm days, you guys were lucky enough to experience one of the warm days. When we're lucky enough to get sun all day long. It does heat up, but as you said opening up the windows usually cools it right off. Otherwise, it's like a greenhouse, which is nice for the cooler days!
