Beautiful home in South Anchorage

The master suite is a treat on its own, with a newly remodeled bathroom that has a walk in shower, air tub and a heated towel rack, you will never want to leave your room. The best part of it is that the room is located on its own floor.

This house is 3 story, has 2 living rooms and a big kitchen perfect for large groups.

The main floor has the kitchen, formal living room, half bathroom and laundry.

The master Bedroom with a king size bed is located on the second floor. The bed frame has a headboard with built in speakers, reading lights and USB ports. The master bathroom has a bubbler tub, a walk in shower and a his and her vanity.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is located downstairs in the completed half basement, along with the 2nd full bathroom and living/media room.

4th bedroom may be available to guests upon request. This room is located next to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

Guests must get a pre-approval to host any events more than 12 people (including anyone on the reservation guest list). Failure to comply to this rule will be charged a penalty fee on top of any damages that may occur during their stay.
