Come and experience the magic of the mountainside amidst nearly 900 cacao trees. The Emerald Haven offers all of the amenities of modern living with the experience of being surrounded by nature. See nothing but the forest outside of every window, enjoy practicing yoga or lounging in the screened-in living room, prepare meals with full-sized appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, or choose to have our private chef prepare meals for you. The space is decorated with teak wood furnishings and has tall ceilings and windows that offer the experience of living in the jungle.

The Emerald Haven is set up to be either a private rental space where you can come and unwind on your own terms, or a private wellness retreat space where you have the opportunity to receive one-on-one holistic healing services such as Reiki, reflexology, meditation coaching, as well as integrative wellness and nutritional consulting with Amber. Whether you’re seeking a quick weekend getaway or a 1–4 week long healing retreat, we can customize an experience that is tailored for you.

Guests staying at The Emerald Haven are welcomed by Amber Summers, HHP, HNC—an experienced Holistic Healthcare Practitioner and founder of Thrive Worldwide Wellness. With over two decades of expertise in holistic nutrition, energy healing, and natural therapies, Amber offers a deeply personalized and nurturing approach to each guest. Whether you're here to rest or reset, her custom wellness programs blend nutrition, herbal medicine, and energy work to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The Emerald Haven is located on the central pacific coast just 15 minutes from the beautiful and remote Playa Bandera and 35 minutes north of Manuel Antonio National Park and 45 minutes south of Jaco and Hermosa Beach, top local surfing spots for beginners and pros.
