The award-winning Vista De Sirena is located in a quiet and secluded fishing village 15 miles south of JacĆ³. Ā The building sits on a hillside just 275 meters from the beach and offers one of the most amazing views of the ocean along the entire western coast of Costa Rica. Ā Enjoy a short walk to the beach where you can put your feet in the sand, play in tide pools, snorkel, swim or surf. Ā You can also charter a world-class fishing tour in nearby Quepos or Herradura, or join up with one of the local fishermen right here in Esterillos Oeste. Ā The waters are teeming with Snapper, Jack and a variety of other delicious fish. Ā A short scenic drive will lead you to JacĆ³ for shopping, dining, and great night life. Ā A 40-minute drive in the opposite direction will take you to Manuel Antonio, the most popular national park in Costa Rica, where you can enjoy hiking and swimming and experience a diversity of wildlife.

Each of the building's three air conditioned units has a spacious entry with plenty of room to leave your surfboards or anything else you need to store behind locked doors. Ā On the right hand side of the walkway you'll find the entry to the main living area, kitchen and dining space. Ā At the other end of the main living area you'll enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean through the wall of glass with large sliding doors that open up to private balconies. For added privacy, each unit resides on its own floor and has three bedroom suites. Two suites feature king beds; the third suite has a queen bed; One of the bedrooms has a full bed that pulls out from under the king bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Additionally, each bedroom features pillow-top beds with memory foam toppers. Ā 

The rooftop is an ideal place to enjoy the company of close friends and good food while sitting at the palapa bar, lounging on the deck, or swimming in the infinity pool.

The penthouse unit comes with a few added luxuries. Ā The main living area is considerably larger with more windows to enhance the views and a gorgeous teak-paneled ceiling. Ā If you want to the enjoy the cover of being indoors and still feel the ocean breeze, the entire ocean-facing wall slides open providing a spacious entry to the balcony.

Deposit due at time of reservation; remainder due at checkin along with a $1,000 refundable damage deposit.

Cleaning fees are $250 at the end of the stay; less if renting 1 or 2 floors. Daily cleaning is $120/day for the entire building (clean bathrooms, kitchen, sweep, make beds). You're welcome to reach out to see if we can work on a better deal.

Price for the building is for the building only, catering and travel not included. We can refer you to people for those amenities, but we are not responsible for them.

Beautiful property! Exceeded all expectations. The property manager was wonderful. He organized chefs, massages, & was very attentive when we had any questions. The property owner was quick to respond and even helped coordinate dinner reservations on the day of arrival for our large group. Highly recommend this property, you wonā€™t be disappointed! Only thing weā€™d change would have been to stay longer.

Great property for a large group. Javi was amazing, if we had any issues he was right there to help. Almer was also great. They both were so friendly, nice, and very considerate of our time & Space. We would definitely stay here again if we travel with a large group

Great communication and location for our group.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. We utilized the kitchen, rooftop pool, TV, and everything besides the laundry. We were so comfortable. Jahvi, the Property Manager, was always on standby which was a relief. We would all stay here again!

Fantastic place for a big group

This is a great house for a large group of people. Very roomy. Amazing view. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. A/C and wifi worked well. Super Sol is a quick walk and has everything you need. Walk up the hill is steep and the house has lots of stairs but would recommend without hesitation. Great pizza place nearby. Los Alamandros has great food and if you're looking to surf, Brett's Boards is amazing.l

Fantastic Stay! We had 3 families with adult kids and 2 16 year olds with a total of 16 people. Everybody had a great time. The house was very clean and the many bedrooms all had private bathrooms. The view from each floor and the rooftop pool area was excellent. We saw monkeys, birds, iguanas (lizards?). Each floor can be locked up individually. Javier was very helpful to us and easy to work with. The beach is a short walk. Easy driving to Jaco and Miguel Antonio park for activities. Big tip- close by is Restaurant Los Almendros, it is outstanding and less expensive than the patio which is closer. A hidden gem. It is up on a hill but i easily drove the gravel road eith a 12 person toyota van. No suv needed. Overall great stay- We had a blast! Matt F.

You can leave spending more money than you pay.

I would not return to this house in my life, they stole our belongings from all of us. It was noticeable from the beginning that the person in charge of the house looked suspicious (OIJ report submitted) The administration of the house knows these points and takes advantage of this. Incidentally, the insurance does not cover anything.

Slice of paradise

We stayed at this property Mar 18-21 2021 for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Our group consisted of 13 adults anywhere from the age of 29 to 50. The house was more than enough room with three separate levels and a full kitchen on each level you canā€™t go wrong! David the homeowner was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. Javier, property manager, was beyond helpful. Javi helped us coordinate hiring ladies to come in to cook breakfast and dinner for us one of the mornings and evenings. He also helped arrange a few excursions including ATV tours for our entire group, massages on the rooftop, hiking to see the waterfall and a river boat tour to view the monkeys (which I highly recommend)! The house is just a short walking distance to the beach, was very clean and met all our needs. Would absolutely not hesitate staying here again if we have another large group vacation to Costa! Pura Vida!

Amazing!!!!

It's been just over a week since we left the beautiful country of Costa Rica and this incredible property. It certainly was the perfect place to accommodate our large party of 20+. This trip was planned well in advance and throughout the process, both Josie and Javi were extremely patient and helpful with all of our questions and believe me, we had a lot of them. Javi, who comes to the property to check in on everyone several times a day was exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. Hope you had a good trip to Boston with your family Javi. As others have mentioned, the property is located a short walking distance from the beach, which was perfect. There are definitely a great deal of bugs to be seen so if that's not your thing, you can help minimize the experience by making sure you keep the doors closed as much as possible. The views from the property are incredible. The house is very spacious, highly recommended if planning a trip for a large party. Thanks again for everything Josie and a big thanks also to Javi for being so gracious to our party! PURA VIDA!!

All we can say is WOW !

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week December 27 until Jan 3rd 2025. We are a family of 15, eight adults and 7 grandkids from ages 20 to 9. We had a blast. Lots of room for everyone. The village of Estellios Oeste was exactly what we were looking for, I wanted our family to experience the culture of the real Costa Rica, We found ourselves immersed in the real Costa Rica and the families that live there. Unbelievably friendly and welcoming. We enjoy meals together and this home is well equipped for families who would like to prepare their own meals. The village has wonderful restaurants that we went to several times as well. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were, and how functional the home was for large groups. Your eyes will shine when you first see this place. Unbelievable !!Javi the house manager is always there to make sure everything is working and our needs are met. The owner David is just a phone call away to answer any questions you might have. For the kids, the beach is ā€¦ yes unbelievable tooā€¦.safe, clean, huge, and probably the nicest beach we have been too. We even saw newly hatched turtles making their way to the ocean. Spectacular views. Lovely location.

Our group of 10 adults had tonnes of space to spread out and lots of room to get together as a group. It was a short walk to an almost secluded beach. Javier was great! Super attentive and a short 5 minutes away. He arranged a ride for us into Jaco and recommended a restaurant that even delivered our dinner on the first night. We had a blast!

Incredible Views & Excellent location

We had a large party so we were able to rent out the whole place, plenty of rooms and very spacious with all required amenities. One thing to keep in mind is anything can happen when traveling internationally and itā€™s best to have a open mindset. It makes the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Iā€™d recommend this for anyone whoā€™s looking to spend a few days in Jaco area.

Excellent for birthday celebration

We had an amazing time in Esterillos. The owner David was super helpful with tips before we arrived and Javier the property manager made everything easy for us once we arrived. The layout of the house made it easy to accommodate our big group. The big roof terrace had a nice pool and excellent views. Playa Esterillos is gorgeous. It goes on forever and the clientele was very family oriented.

Great first experience in Costa Rica

Wonderful home, located near the beach and local restaurants, convenient Super Sol, and centrally located to a lot of day trips (Playa Herradura, Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Surf lessons, etc.) Javi was a great site manager and helped a lot with planning activities and ensuring a smooth stay.

Trip of a lifetime

We took all our children and grandchildren on this trip because my husband has stage 4 cancer and we wanted to make memories. And we made some incredible memories. The place was gorgeous. The property manager could not have been more helpful and fun. The people, the climate, the food were all so wonderful. The views were breathtaking. Thanks so much.

We've travelled to Costa Rica ever since our first visit in 2000.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We fell in love with Esterillos Oeste when we visited in 2007. Soon after, we bought our first condo and chose to invest in the area. The views from where we built the condo are among the best we've found along the entire Pacific coast. The locals are friendly and easy going. Esterillos is more laid back and tranquil than the busier Jaco and Manuel Antonio tourist areas.

The beach is an easy 275 meter walk down the hill from the building and is easy to reach on foot even carrying a surfboard.

The 3500 square-foot gathering area on the rooftop of the building hosts a pool, bar area with palapa, and incredible views.

The building includes a security system and a full-time manager.

***We do not offer our facility as a wedding venue. No bachelor parties, female/male escorts on the property.***
