This renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open layout with a bright living area, custom beechwood fireplace mantel, and a beautifully designed kitchen with Fisher & Paykel appliances, quartz countertops, and a custom kitchen island. The main level includes two queen bedrooms and a vibrant full bathroom, while the finished lower level offers a spacious recreational room, second bathroom, and a guest bedroom.



Step outside to over an acre of private, landscaped grounds with a 20x40 heated saltwater pool, expansive deck perfect for dining al fresco, a lush lawn, cozy fire pit, and a large shed for beach gear or bikes. Tucked among the trees yet close to the shoreline, this peaceful retreat offers a seamless connection to nature and coastal charm.

If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



The Neighborhood:

Cited by many as “America’s Most Beautiful Village,” East Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside resort. The appeal is apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down Main Street—from the postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the iconic Hook Windmill at the village’s eastern leaving. Add in the ocean to the south and it’s easy to see why this place is a boon for artists, writers, and other creative souls.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
