Family Friendly Bright Home With Pool, Hot Tub, 1 Mile to Bay & Maidstone Beach

Step foot into our large, open backyard and you won't want to leave! Enjoy our 20x40 pool, hot tub (installed in June 2021), Weber grill, hammock, and plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. Private and expansive, our outdoor space can't be beat.

Pool is seasonal and is open from Memorial Day through September. The hot tub is available year-round.

Bright, airy home with modern furnishings. Large kitchen with all the amenities of home. New refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. Dishwasher has a sanitize feature.

All bathrooms are renovated. Primary bathroom shower includes overhead shower, multiple jets, and a handheld washer.

Full dining room seats 6. Comfortable living room with fireplace during cooler months. Skylights offer lots of natural light.

All bedrooms have closets, dressers, and ceiling fans.

Direct TV in living room and all 3 bedrooms. TVs are all smart TVs. Wireless internet throughout home. Central air and heating.

Washer and dryer in the basement. Washing machine has a sanitize feature.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We will not be present during your stay, but are available via phone or email should you have any questions.

Located in Springs, East Hampton, our home is a 20-minute walk to beautiful Maidstone beach. Three Mile Harbor is at the end of the block and is perfect for kayaking and boating. There are several restaurants nearby and a market within just 3 blocks.

A 10-minute drive to East Hampton village restaurants, shops, markets, and playgrounds. Also nearby are the South Fork wineries, multiple farmer's markets, theaters, and art museums.

There are countless opportunities to enjoy the beaches, water, and outdoors!

The East Hampton train station is a 10-minute drive.

Please notify us if there will be more than 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed.

We are family friendly! We have a variety of pool floats, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Games include giant Connect 4, air hockey, cornhole, badminton, croquet, and fooseball. Various board games and books are also available.

The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glasses. We offer basic kitchen appliances as well, such as a Keurig, toaster, griddle, waffle maker, popcorn machine, and blender.

Bath & beach towels, sheets, and a hair dryer are provided.

Please note that we rent by the week or month only. Flexible pricing available for off-season.

The house and amenities are spectacular. They provide everything that you need, including games and activities for children. Every corner is clean and immaculate. The owners are very responsive and communicate very well. This property is located in a fantastic position in terms of commute to Montauk or west to Southampton. Will be returning in the future

Bliss!

Pictures did not do justice. The home was comfortable and spacious. Stocked kitchen even had spices. The expansive deck, hot tub and pool will make you not want to go anywhere. We enjoyed local vineyards and restaurants. David was attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely recommend, return.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house was clean and cozy and the pool and large porch were a great spot to enjoy a relaxing evening. The house was in a central location but on a quiet street off the main road so it was easy to get everywhere. Abby and David were great hosts and easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed a few days at this property for a family getaway to The Hamptons. My son loved hanging out on the deck with his cars and playing with all of the toys available in the house. Everything was immaculate and communication with the hosts was fantastic if we needed anything. Everything is so clean and kept nicely. We LOVED having a pool that mom & dad could use during nap time. The house was also well-stocked so we were able to cook and grill. Everything is close and the coffee shop 2 streets over is a major plus. All around fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Great stay

We were in the area for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Great communication with our hosts. Wish we had more time to use the outdoor area, beautiful pool and hot tub. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Abby and David’s home, and they could not be any more accommodating. Communication with the owners was effortless and they provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. No pool use for us as was not the season to swim, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. I also spent more time than anticipated reading on the hammock. Neighborhood was quiet, and house was down the block from the harbor. It was also great having use of the 2 bicycles. Would certainly recommend this home!

Early visit to East Hampton

We were the first of the season this year- and this property was perfect. The home was exactly as listed, and well equipped for all of our needs. Open layout of the home but with enough private spaces for all. Perfect sunset viewing at the end of the block, short drive to East Hampton. Perfect for family or a girls vacation. This property has it all.

Springs Get Away

We had a lovely time at the house even though the weather was stormy, sadly we were not able to enjoy the wonderful back yard. The bedroom and bath on the ground floor worked nicely for us “Grandparents” our daughter and adult granddaughter on the second floor. We hope to stay here again in the future

Really nice stay

Our family had a really nice time. The backyard pool hot tub combo was very relaxing, and the landscaping made it feel very private and calm. The house is very comfortable with everything you could need, especially if you have kids under 12. Very easy to get to the town of east Hampton and Bostwick’s on the Harbor is walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would vacation here again 100%.

Great stay at great location

David and Abby are excellent hosts. We really appreciated their hospitality and thorough communication. We reached out to them multiple times and they were always available and provided great advice on places to eat and shop. Their backyard is amazing!!! Definitely coming back in 2023!!!!!

Family Oasis

Wonderful clean home with spacious bedrooms. Comfortable living room and multiple entertainment options. Kitchen is stocked and will equipped and the outdoor grill is outstanding. Tons of games for the family and a wonderful pool and hot tub to keep everyone entertained. Short drive to numerous beaches and food options. We would recommend this home!

Great property

We had a great stay! It was 3 couples and each of our infants. Rooms were perfect and quite private- we didn’t even hear each other’s babies crying in the middle of the night! Perfect set up! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. As advertised & great property.

Fun and relaxing stay

Great property in a beautiful location in vicinity of a bay beach. Near by are also Ocean beach and East Hampton village with great food options. Many activities to enjoy including biking, sailing in Montauk (a unique experience with a tiki sailboat) and wine tasting in the wonderful Wolfer estate. The house has a heated pool and large brand new hot tub. Inside it is well furnished with everything you need. The garden and outdoors are lovely and you can see from the living room and master bedroom. The owners are very nice and helpful. They provided very detailed instructions and tips on activities that were useful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at David and Abby’s beautiful home. The home was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for our family to get away from the city and spend quality time together with a couple friends. The swimming pool is amazing and the home is also equipped with board games, bikes, floats, pumps, all essentials which make it stress-free for us! We will love to stay here again.

Great Hamptons Weekend

We loved our stay at this home. Good location near East Hampton town . The owners were extremely helpful before check in, answering any questions we had. The house was super cute with a nice layout— the primary bedroom is on the ground floor with two bedrooms upstairs. This worked well for our family . The house was well stocked with everything you might need—anything from pool toys to kitchen tools— it is truly fully stocked. The backyard pool and hot tub were perfect-the landscaping was lovely and created a nice private area for relaxing. Highly recommended . .

Wonderful vacation home!

This home was a wonderful vacation home for our family of four. The home was comfortable and clean. The backyard was lovely and everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining. The location was good as it was easy to explore different areas of the Hamptons (beaches, shoppong, Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Montauk). David and Abby were gracious hosts, very communicative, and the check in and out was seamless. We really appreciated that they thought of most everything one would need during a vacation (towels, beach items, etc.) which made packing lighter and life easy. Just what one needs on vacation!
