At 1,070 ft elevation, our home enjoys cool evenings and gentle mountain breezes—often much more comfortable than the lower-elevation downtown area. With this pleasant climate, six ceiling and two floor fans are also provided.
Beach Supplies: We’re happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
Quiet Hours: Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep. Note: A violation of this rule may result in a fine of up to $200.
HOUSE RULES
No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited indoors.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
No Parties or Events: No parties or gatherings are allowed. If neighbors are disturbed, the police may be called, and fines may be assessed.
Report Damages: Please inform us immediately of any damages that occur during your stay.
Dishes & Cleanup: Before checkout, load used dishes, pots, and pans into the dishwasher.
TRASH DISPOSAL Place all trash in the designated bin located in the east side of the garage. There is no recycling on the island, so treat all waste as trash.
GENERAL GUIDELINES Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
No Commercial Use: Photography or videography for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior approval.
Lock Up: Ensure all doors locked and windows are open when leaving.
Other Things to Note: • We also ask that the number of guests matches your reservation. If you arrive with more guests than originally booked, please notify the host immediately. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse check-in.
