Welcome to our peaceful, artful retreat on 2.6 acres, just 10 minutes from downtown Redding, 30 minutes to Whiskeytown Lake, and an hour from Mount Shasta. This lovingly cared-for home features organic bedding and towels, Wi-Fi, parking, two ovens, and structured water in the kitchen.

Step outside and you'll find a meditation labyrinth, tall trees, and a fenced yard perfect for kids to explore. There are sometimes deer and wild turkeys passing through as well! Savor morning coffee with birdsong, recline in the hammock on the deck, dine beneath twinkle lights outside, or put your feet up and read a book or play a card game on the large porch.

Created as a nurturing space by a family who lived and dreamed here for years, this home now welcomes travelers in search of calm, creativity, and reconnection. Whether you’re on a solo retreat or making memories with family, this home offers rest, beauty, and inspiration in every corner.

Note: No BBQ or fire pit use allowed due to fire hazard
The full 2.6 acres are left natural and are only cut back with a weed whacker several times a year. This isn’t a smooth, mowed lawn — grass/weeds can be uneven or tall between cuttings. We recommend closed-toe shoes if exploring the grounds. The natural state does make for great wildlife viewing though: deer, wild turkeys, wild hares, and so forth.

Low Toxicity:
Non-Toxic Cleaning Supplies and household supplies (soaps, detergents etc.)
No synthetic pesticides on property for over seven years. Organic bedding and linens.
