Nani Kai Hale #302 on Sugar Beach

302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath renovated condo, perfect for a family getaway. Central A / C and double-pane glass keeps the condo cool and quiet. One bedroom has a king bed another has twin beds. The living room sectional converts into two twin beds, and is more comfortable than a sofa sleeper. One bath has a tub / shower combo, the other a walk in shower. The kitchen has birch cabinets and Corian® counter tops. There are partial ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

Perfect!

We loved staying here and being able to walk down to the beach in the morning. The kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms were just right for our needs. The balcony with a view of the ocean was lovely!

Great Value and Fun Location!

Nice place and pretty centrally located. We loved that there was a cute coffee shop and bakery within walking distance. There is also an ABC store close by, which worked out nicely for random odds and ends throughout our stay. Go to Dina’s at sugar beach for the best Mai tai!

Exactly what we needed

This condo was the perfect location for us. Having a beach right outside our door was ideal. It made beautiful sunrise walks and sunset swims a breeze. We’ll stay here again!

Great Stay and a Great Location

Two adults with two kids fit easily in the unit, dinners with 8 people also fit. Extra bonus was was the beach chairs and the beach umbrella. The bed was super comfortable (as I get older the mattress makes a big difference in the quality of sleep I get.

Convient and clean

Stayed for a wedding with my husband, sister and brother in law. Stocked kitchen gave us the option to cook in as much as we wanted. Nice pool and pool area.

One week w/family of 4 Adults

I love the location of this property, the grounds were immaculate and the beach was not busy at all. It was very peaceful. The condo is clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are nice. The only negative is that they really need a new mattress in the master bedroom as well as a new sofa/sleeper in the living room. Both were pretty uncomfortable.

Quiet end of Kihei

Spacious unit at the north (quiet) side of Kihei which was perfect for us. Easy access to beach. Good communication from property manager and check in was smooth. Could use new mattress in master bed room as mattress sinks and they tried reinforcing it with a foamy/sponge. Kitchen was well equipped but would have been nice if they provided dishwasher detergent/pucks. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family. It was nice having a kitchen to have breakfast at home with a 5 yr old while we enjoyed our coffee. When we arrived maui was hit with a bad storm so we couldn't go in the water for a few days. But the walk on the beach by the condo was so nice. Let's not forget about the pool, which was perfect for the five yr old.

10 Days at the Nani

The TV system needs better instructions-hard to navigate all the various parameters available. There's a knob on the front door, which if turned, will allow the door to be opened from the outside. Renters need to be warned about this.

Perfect Location

We've stayed at 2 different properties in Nani Kai Hale on Sugar Beach. It's the perfect location. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be returning to Nani Kai Hale and would definitely try to 302 again.

Our unit was well stocked and was very clean. All the floors have laundry facilities too. The grounds, pool and barbecue are kept immaculately, I like that there is a grassy area and also it’s right on the water.
