The main living level features a full kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large front porch with outdoor dining space. Upstairs, the private primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom, reading nook, and its own open-air roof deck.

The separate lower-level suite has its own private entrance, full kitchen, living area, two queen bedrooms, and a full bathroom. It's a particularly useful setup for grandparents, another family, or members of your group who appreciate having their own space while still vacationing together.

Custom details throughout the home—including the signature wave stairwell, surfboard inlay, stonework, and distinctive architectural touches—give Wave House a personality all its own.

The private saltwater pool is open year-round but is not heated. Wave House is also pet-friendly with advance approval.

-Beach Equipment: Beach equipment is not provided. Any equipment that happens to be available at the property may be used by guests.

-Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are subject to approval and applicable fees before arrival.

HOUSE POLICIES
-The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
-House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that use of the property may not disturb or offend surrounding residents.
-To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
-If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner's business license.
-The property's maximum occupancy of 10 guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
-If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.
