The pool area is open from 9am to 11pm daily.

With your stay you will have access to lots of entertainment, 3 pools, water slides, lazy river, sauna & steam room, locker room with shower, gym, tiki bar, game room, Jacuzzi, picnic and BBQ area, and much more to enjoy!

The indoor golf is not included with your stay and need be paid on site if you want to play. Please see front desk or inside the clubhouse for more info about this feature.

We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as the would their own home. For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house. The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool. 6 wristbands will be provided upon check in. The wristbands give you access to the pool area and clubhouse facilities and should be worn at all times. Please remember to return the wristbands when you get back into the house. In case of lost, there will be a charge of $50 per lost wristband. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of nonobservance of the house rules or damages or abuse. Enjoy your stay!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents.

Please note changes to your reservation may involve a penalty.


All other amenities will remain open, including the Oasis pool area, hot tubs, Tiki bar, gym, arcade room, and many others.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. On November 7 of 2025, our resort HOA announced that the main pool area (main pool deck, zero-entry pool, lazy river, splash pad, and waterslides) will be closed from Monday, January 5, 2026, through Thursday, February 5, 2026. We know these amenities are a highlight, and how disappointing this can be, especially if your plans included those amenities.

The good news: other facilities remain open as usual, including the main spas (located by the pool area) and the Oasis pool area (with its own spa). In addition, other resort amenities—such as sport courts, mini-golf, playground area, and more—will remain available during regular hours. Activities typically held at the main pool will be relocated to the Oasis pool area during the closure.

We have lowered our prices and are currently offering discounted rates due to this closure. If you booked your reservation after November 7, 2025, no further discounts or refunds will be available due to the pool closure.
