Windpalm Disney is your home away from home and a perfect base for your Florida vacation! Our three bedroom, three bathroom end-unit townhome is perfectly located in the well-established gated community of Windsor Palms in Kissimmee, FL. It’s just minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World, and is awaiting your arrival!

Our home has a King bedroom with ensuite, a 2-Twin bedroom with ensuite on the second floor, and a Queen bedroom with ensuite on the first floor. The home has a Splash Pool off the living room and Complimentary Wi-Fi for your use, as well as FULL ACCESS to all the amenities in the gated community. Come and enjoy yourselves.

Casa maravilhosa!!! Excelente localização e com assistência do Sheldon sempre que precisava. Lugar limpo e com muita segurança. Próximo do Walmart e vários restaurantes.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the beds so comfortable. The pool was so great for the kids, they pretty much lived in it during our stay. Sheldon was great to communicate with! I highly recommend this property and we’ll 100% be back!

excellent family home

Beautiful spacious home in a beautiful private/quiet resort community, plenty of ammenities on property and attractions close for day trips. Home owner very helpful and attentive. My family really enjoyed the trip and we would definitely return/recommend to others.

Beautiful home, lovely owners. Recommend to anybody.

We had the most perfect stay at this property. The owners are lovely people and they were there to answer any queries we had both before we arrived and also during our stay. The house was perfect. The pool was so warm (we paid for the heating and boy was it worth it). We had the holiday of a lifetime and are missing this house so badly now. Couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in for the fortnight we were in Florida and would recommend this property to anybody. Can't wait to come back again, hopefully in 2021 now!!! Thanks. Andy, Helen and Jamie xx

Somewhat pricey

The price advertised was not the same as we paid. I loved dealing with the owner. He was great. I would rather work with them than the property management.

Nice Stay!

We enjoyed the townhome. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and there was enough space to be comfortable. The townhome is located in a nice community with big pool amenities as well as its own awesome splash pool that the kids loved. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for basic cooking. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The place is clean and well cared for. There were two small negatives: 1) AC temperatures is capped at 72 so it was a little warm sometimes but this is typical in rentals, 2) the couch while still looks in good shape its worn down and not very comfortable especially in the middle but the loveseat was still comfortable. The location is fantastic just miles away from Disney property as well as close to groceries and restaurants. Overall it was a very good stay and we recommended Sheldon's Townhome.

Disney at Kissimmee

Great place to stay. Close to Disney and other parks. Son and family came for a week while we were there for the month of Dec. They went to Disney, Universal and Clearwater Aquarium to see the dolphins Winter and Hope. My granddaughter loved having the backyard pool she was in it everyday. They supplied toys for the pool area. You can have it heated if you like the water warmer. We stayed in downstairs bedroom with bathroom with walk in shower which was great for us since we are older. The rest of family had own bedrooms and baths upstairs. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Really liked having phone were we could call home to Canada at no charge. Sheldon the owner was great to deal with and the company that takes care of his place. We really loved staying here. We will have a lot of great memories of staying here. Aquarium to see the dolphin Winter.

Good space, clean, great location and safe. Our feedback: Poor thermostat regulation for > 85F Orlando weather, slow washer, In the kitchen no paper towel or dish detergent available and no extra toilet paper as all prior rentals we had stayed around the world. Great Walmart close to get what you need. Fast communication and fair price. Thanks

Beautiful home with easy access to Disney

The home is well kept with comfortable beds and cleaner than most homes we have stayed in around this area. The splash pool was a nice feature. The main pool and clubhouse were also great. This home is within minutes of Disney and restaurants.

Perfect location for all types of personalities...

Was greatly surprised about the spaciousness of the townhome. Plenty of hot water, we were able to enjoy the pool at the resort and the splash pool. The splash pool is great for late evening dips, which we enjoyed after we all came back from late nights at Disney. Golf courses were really close and we were also able to enjoy the games room at the resort club house. Although the tiki bar and public resort pool closes at 10 we were able to stay in the games room until 12 midnight. The townhouse had great laundry services, very large washer and dryer. Having a personal safe in the home was a bonus, especially when you are able to get it opened whenever you wanted it to. Wifi as fast, and the home was very clean. Beds were soooo comfortable, and bedding was fresh, clean and very comfortable. We are already planning our next return.

Great way to do Disney!

This house was great! We stayed for 4 nights and it definitely felt like home. As soon as we arrived Dudley, the gate guard, provided us with good recommendations on where to shop and where to eat. Upon arriving at the property it was set up just as we expected. Our kids were excited to have their own room and quickly made themselves at home. The 3rd bedroom, on the main floor, was perfect for grandma to stay - while having her own space. The house was clean and had the things that we would need to enjoy our stay. The pool was perfect and we definitely appreciated the pool toys that were available. The location to the Disney properties was a definite bonus! We were able to get there quickly and start the fun. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone taking a Disney vacation and looking for a "home away from home" feel.

Excellent condition, great location

The house stay was great. All rooms were clean. Xbox worked fine and we had fun playing. Would recommend including a few games as well. :) Enjoyed our stay and loved the place. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a wonderful community.

My husband and I, 2 children and Inlaws just spent 11 nights in this wonderful home. This was our 6th time renting in this area (previously stayed at Windsor Hills) and enjoyed the location and community. We have rented condos and 6 bdrm homes, first time renting a townhome. I was skeptial at first but was pleasantly surprised. The home was spacious and comfortable. I think the high ceilings added to that. The home was very clean and well kept. They beds and pillows were comfortable (same as home). The kitchen was well stocked (as much as any other place I've rented in the past). The pool was larger and deeper than I expected. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The larger pool and main clubhouse is only a 3 min walk away. This is an end unit and heard zero noise from the adjoining house which was full the whole time we were there. The owner and management company were both very professional and quick to respond with any question that I had. I would recommend this house to family or friends and stay here again if scheduling allows.

We stayed at Windsor Palms during our vacation and really fell in love with the Resort. It has everything you need: amenities, its location to Disney and its closeness to restaurants, shopping, etc. We knew we'd be coming back!
