Pet friendly & close to Duke ,UNC Chapel Hill, 15 minutes to Downtown, 20 min to RTP & Raleigh-Durham International airport. Shopping, restaurants & trails to explore!

This end unit condo is in a pet friendly Community close to many shops and restaurants! Only a few minutes away from Duke and UNC Chapel Hill the restful retreat is a wonderful place to stay, relax or work from home. Enjoy two living areas, one is a bonus space with a. Queen bed and two cozy bedrooms and bathrooms , office area & laundry. The master bedroom suite has a king bed walk-in closet and double sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with desk, closet and full bath across the hallway. Incredibly updated with modern amenities fully stocked kitchen with tons of counter space to cook and enjoy and amazing meal in! Vaulted ceiling’s great light and incredible woodwork is throughout the condo. There are two parking spaces assigned for the condo with permit and each is marked with 106 on them. And a pet walk area for your fur babies to enjoy. Trails and shopping are super close and the southpoint mall is about 10 min away! Enjoy downtown Durham and all it has to offer!!!

Guests have access to the property by a smart lock with personal code.

There is $150 pet fee for up to two pets. No cats. Dogs only. There are two assigned parking spaces with the number 106 on them. You will get laminated passes to put in your dashboard. You can only park in designated area or they will tow the car or there will be a $50 fine. Please leave passes on counter at checkout. There is a pet walk area you must pick up after your pets. Please run the dishwasher before you leave and put the garbage in the bin and leave dirty towels in laundry area.
Security Deposit: All reservations made through VRBO will incur a $250 preauthorization hold on their card on file the day before check-out. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released seven days after the initial hold is made. For all Airbnb reservations all damages will be rectified through the Airbnb resolution center.
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - $500 fine.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $500 fine.
Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $50 late checkout and $50 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night`s base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that you are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations. If you will have a service animal with you although not required by airbnb we appreciate you letting us know so we can give the same notice as pet stays to our cleaners. No cats allowed.
