This newly renovated duplex is conveniently located in the heart of Winter Harbor in the quiet neighborhood of Ocean Heights. Guests can look forward to being a short walk away from all of Winter Harbor's own eateries, businesses, and sights to see.

The first floor features a well furnished living room complete with a large dining room table and smart tv. There is also a complete kitchen with large pantry, washer & dryer, and half bath on the first floor.

There are two queen bedrooms on the second floor with air conditioning and a full bath.

Both bedrooms are air conditioned, the living room is not but a fan is provided.

There is a public playground available for use to guests within the Ocean Heights neighborhood at the end of the street. There is also a public use gazebo with a picnic table available to guests on the walking path in the Ocean Height’s neighborhood.
