THE PROPERTY:
This first-floor unit is located on the 18th hole of the iconic World Tour Golf Links in Myrtle Beach. Walk through the slider and out onto the patio to enjoy the views of the replica finishing hole of St Andrews. Plan your trip arrival day round at World Tour as the clubhouse is just steps away.

This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. The master bedroom features a King-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, golf bag stand, and a smart TV with YouTube TV ready to go.

The two guest bedrooms include a Queen bed and two Full beds, sharing a second full bathroom. Each room is equipped with smart TVs, and the Queen bedroom also has its own golf bag stand.

Start your day by warming up on the indoor putting green in the living room or get competitive early with a few rounds of Golden Tee before heading to the course. After your round, kick back with a drink on the fully furnished patio. Watch the final groups finish their round as the sun sets over South Carolina’s signature fairways.

The Grand Villas complex features a guest-accessible outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day on the course. Adjacent to the pool, the pool house includes a small gym equipped with light weights, cardio machines, and a matted workout area. On the pool deck, you’ll also find a community grill available for guest use—grilling utensils are provided in your unit’s kitchen for your convenience.
