Please note that throwing any unauthorized parties, smoking (including vapor cigarettes) anywhere inside including the Sunroom or outside on the Pool Lanai, or having any unauthorized pets/animals will result in a $500 fee per incident.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
1. Very detailed before and after pictures of the property will be taken to ensure both the quality of your stay and upkeep of the property. The guest may be held responsible for the cost of any amenity or part of the house that is broken or damaged during their stay. These items include but are not limited to: furniture, fixtures, Smart TVs or any smart home accessories, sliding glass doors, walls, doors, cracks or damage to the floors/baseboards.

2. The air conditioning is not designed to be in use while the back sliding glass doors are open to the pool. If you would like to open all the sliding glass doors to the pool from the sunroom, you must first close all the sliding glass doors from the sunroom to the main house. If the sliding glass doors to both the pool and the main house remain open for more than 5 minutes at a time, the air conditioning will automatically be shut off. Repeated violations of this rule will result in a $250 fine for air conditioning maintenance, as repeated strain on the air conditioning unit will cause failure in the Florida heat.
3. There is a $160.00 cleaning fee per booking that must be paid to the Host.
