Enjoy a spacious porch, huge covered dock, firepit, and one of Lake Norman’s flattest yards for easy water access. Swim in deep water, launch kayaks, or unwind by the grill. Sleeps 12 with comfy bedrooms, foosball, games, and smart TVs. Minutes to shops, coffee, and main channel boating—linens, soaps, towels, and coffee included.

Sunset Haven is where lake days linger and family memories grow. This cozy 4-bedroom home offers space to relax and connect. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and peaceful lake views. Additional rooms include a queen bedroom, a bunk room with twin-over-twin plus full bed, and an upstairs hideaway with a full bed, twin bed, and trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests.

The open living area invites togetherness, with a comfy seating space, smart TVs, board games, foosball, and even a desk if you need to sneak in some work. The heart of the home flows right to the massive back porch—ideal for grilling, dining, or lounging with coffee as the water glistens.

Step into one of the largest covered docks on Lake Norman, complete with a picnic table for snacks between swims. The flat yard makes lake access a breeze—swim in deep water, use the easy-entry stairs for kayaks, or gather at the firepit as the sun sets.

With parking for 4–5 cars, a boat slip, and a location just 5 minutes from groceries, coffee, and the main channel, Sunset Haven is as convenient as it is relaxing. Linens, towels, soaps, and coffee are all provided—just bring your crew and let the lake work its magic.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- No pets allowed at this home. Bringing pets without approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
