Location, Location, Location – New to the rental market, this fully renovated centrally located cape home checks all the boxes. Within minutes you can walk to some of Chatham's top attractions including Downtown, Chatham Bars Inn, Oyster Pond, Chatham A's baseball games and the Fish Pier.

This well-appointed home features a new chef’s kitchen with a 20' vaulted ceiling open to sunroom/seating area. Sliding doors take guests from the sunroom to a patio with outdoor seating or you may enjoy your meal in a separate dining room just off the kitchen. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, white quartz countertops and a large island with seating. Also downstairs is a new laundry room and full bath. Rounding out the first floor is a comfortable living room, a perfect place to gather with family and friends and enjoy the Red Sox games on the new 55 inch flat screen TV.

Upstairs is three bedrooms and one full bath. All have been repainted, and the wide pine floors have been restored to their original beauty. The bedrooms have new furniture and new bedding. Two bedrooms with queen beds and the third bedroom, the “kid’s room”, features bunk beds and a twin bed.

After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the new outdoor shower while your kids enjoy playing whiffle ball in the large, private side yard.

This is a beautifully updated historic home filled with everything you could need for your stay. The location is ideal- walking distance to Main St, fish market and even lighthouse beach. The house was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. It's the perfect family house-bunk beds, games, just all around very family friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely stay! Great amount of room for everyone to relax with all-the-things for fun! We were in town for a wedding and the property was a perfect walking distance between CBI and the shopping/dining district. We were very grateful for all the beach items and the fully-stocked kitchen. Cannot recommend this charming home enough!

Fantastic Property, Location, and Owner!

Our Cape Cod vacation was incredible all based on the amazing property and location. Matt made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood, surrounding area, and comforts of a family home in the evening. I cannot recommend this rental enough if you want to enjoy the Cape Cod area to the fullest!

Great location- well maintained, fantastic owner

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here with our son and in-laws for a long Memorial Day weekend and I must say the house is amazing! The property is well kept, inside and out. The owner is very communicative and gave us fantastic recommendations for eating out, seafood order in, breakfast and a few local spots! I would recommend anyone looking for a nice house within walking distance of downtown Chatham, to look here first!

Great family week!

We had a wonderful week in Chatham with our immediate family (two toddlers) and grandparents. The house was perfectly located to everything Chatham had to offer and we enjoyed the short walk to The Anglers game three different nights. The house was perfectly clean and just as pictured. Matt was extremely communicative. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely week in Chatham!

Great stay in Chatham

Wonderful house. Everything a family could need. Our family has visited Chatham each summer for 20 plus years and this was our favorite house. Matt was easily accessible and was able to provide assistance when we temporarily lost hot water due to a furnace annual maintenance issue. We will be back to this property

Great Return Trip

This was our second stay at Matt's house. Just as wonderful as we remembered it. Location is perfect—quiet street, walkable to town, playgrounds, the baseball field, the train museum, and other great spots. House is pure Cape Cod charm. Matt is super responsive and great to work with. Thank you!

Truly charming cottage in Chatham.

We went to Chatham for a family vacation. A group of five. It was our first time in Chatham. It was fantastic. The renovated cottage is very comfortable, fully equipped and super well located (walking distance from mainstreet, 5-10 minutes from beach in car). Coming from Canada, we were concerned about safety and security but this village has a community feel and quietness difficult to beat. The owner, Matt, is easy to contact, responds quickly to questions, communicates well and is very collaborative. Rules and advice about the region were very useful. If you have a chance to visit Chatham, we strongly recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect fall weekend!

This was our second stay at this property. It's a quick walk to the fish pier and to town. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the family room so it's great for cooking while enjoying company. The updates to this old home give it a modern comfortability without losing any of its historic charm. Matt, the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We highly recommend this home!

Matt helped us with our arrival. Easy entry. Very beautiful home! Easy to walk to any point in Chatham. Had all the amenities needed for our stay. Very charming with the old beams and the newer addition. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again! A must if you have Kids! The pictures are very accurate and you have to see it to really appreciate it! Loved our stay!

Amazing stay in Chatham!!

This place is amazing! A beautiful historic house with very modern upgrades and Matt, the owner, has provided everything you could think of for his renters. It is so close to town everything is within a 2 min drive, 8 min walk. Matt was also so gracious and responsive, answering questions about local beaches and helping us old timers figure out the tv. Great stay, great host, highly recommend!

Cozy and Updated Cottage - Downtown Access!

Matt was an excellent host - he made our stay extremely enjoyable and was extremely communicative when I had any questions about the property. The property itself is clean, updated and was perfect for our family. Great amenities and all of the things you’d need to enjoy the beaches. Close to playgrounds, coffee shops, Chatham Anglers and downtown Chatham - we found ourselves walking most places! It’s also a short drive/walk from the Chatham Bars Inn! Great property and even better host. We will be back!

Wonderful Spring Weekend!

My family and I just recently took our first trip to Chatham for a long weekend this spring and had a great time! We have a one and four year old and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space. We enjoyed all the house had to offer for the kids (including toys, books, bikes, and nice backyard) and loved the updated kitchen and great seating areas. We also really enjoyed being close to town. Our host, Matt, was wonderful to work with and we look forward to visiting again hopefully soon!

Perfect Cape rental

This was easily the best vacation rental home I’ve stayed in. It was the perfect blend of cozy, with every amenity you could need, and impersonal (I’m not a big fan of clutter/stuff that makes it feel like you’ve intruded on someone’s space). There are small touches, like baskets in every room for laundry or quality furniture that doesn’t look overly loved, that make this really feel like a space just for vacations. Great location, comfy beds, beautifully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. And of course the kid-friendly touches like nightlights, strollers and toys were perfect. Super responsive and helpful host, easy check-in and straight forward directions on how to use everything. Just a really lovely stay- and that was in 20° weather with blowing flurries half the time!

I live with my wife and 3 kids (7,5,3) in a suburb south of Boston. Our family has been coming to Chatham since our oldest son was born and immediately fell in love with this great Cape Cod town.

The "In Town" location of our home is truly what makes for a memorable vacation or weekend getaway. The ability to easily walk to all of Chatham's best attractions like Downtown, Chatham Anglers Games, Chatham Bars Inn and Oyster Pond allows you to park your car for a weekend. For a family of five not having to use a car seat for the weekend makes it truly feel like a vacation.
