The space
Again, the strength of this stay is its location. One minute walk to Factoria Square Mall. Some highlights of the mall include Amazon Fresh Supermarket, T&T Asian Supermarket, Cold Stone Creamery, Burger King, Old Navy, Monster Mini Golf, KFC, Red Robin, Nike, Nordstrom Rack, Novilho's Brazilian Steak, Panda Express, Panera Bread, Rite Aid, Sushi Omiya, Target, Starbuck's within Target, TJ Maxx, Ulta, Bank of America, and Chase Bank.

Also within easy walking distance are AMC Movie Theater, Applebee's, Newport High School, US Post Office, Chipotle, Taco Time, Taco Bell, MOD Pizza, Subway, Musashi's, QFC, I Love Pho, Boulangerie Bakery Cafe, Thai Ginger, Katsu Burger, Jimmy John's, Starbucks, T-Mobile HQ, Ericsson, Expeditors, and more. If you search Googlemaps you'll probably find what you're looking for within walking distance.

Onto the property itself. In general, the theme is simple and minimal Pacific Northwest, with an emphasis on quality. We strive to use the same furniture we use in our own homes. For example, the bedroom has a king size Purple mattress with cotton linens and a sit-to-stand desk with a 4k USB-C monitor (LG Ultrafine 24" 4k). A Steelcase Leap V2 office chair is paired with the desk. A private vanity sink, faucet, and mirror sits next to the sliding door closet with hangers.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils (salt, pepper, and cooking spray provided). There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and fridge/freezer. Please use the dishwasher gel provided under the kitchen sink to run the dishwasher, if you use it.

The dining area uses a high table with high chairs and can seat 4 people at the table and 1 person at the countertop.

The living room adjacent to the dining area has a sofa, table, smart TV, and coffee table. The queen air mattress (stored in the bedroom closet) would be used here. The sofa can sleep 1 and the air mattress can sleep up to 2.

Next to the living room fireplace (which is NOT usable), is the door to the covered and screened patio. Please use the provided slides or your shoes to walk on the patio since it is exposed to the elements.

From the bedroom you can access the bathroom which has a bathtub and hairdryer.

Next to the bathroom is the laundry room with detergent pods and fabric softener provided.

There is another bedroom that is unoccupied and used for the storage. The door to this room is locked and restricted from guests.

Guest access
Every part of the condo is accessible except for one bedroom door which is locked. This room is used for storage and is unoccupied.

Other things to note
Only two big but simple rules:

1. shoes off inside the property to keep it clean
2. no smoking in the property or in the back patio, please use the lawns/green open space or sidewalk
