Beautiful, warm, spacious and tastefully decorated 1 bedroom unit, in elevator building is located on Naples Island, where the Gordon River meets Naples Bay. This relaxing and convenient waterfront oasis is an easy walk to trendy restaurants and shopping at Bayfront, 5th Avenue and Tin City. The gorgeous beaches of Naples are just 1 mile away. This non-smoking one bedroom offers all the amenities that you'll need for a perfect vacation. The complex has a swimming pool, hot tub and a shaded area with tables and a BBQ grill.

This 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo has a king size bed, 1.25 bath with tub/shower and two sinks, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living / dining area with WiFi, flat screen TV and DVD.

Location was great. There was a lot of noise on property, due to construction and planes constantly flying over and the person above very loud.

Just Wonderful

We very much enjoyed our week stay at this property. It is a very spacious condo, well appointed, the bed is very comfortable, and we enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance of old town, restaurants, shopping and many other interesting sites. We feel it was a great value for the money. We would love to stay at this property again sometime in the future.

Major Construction

We stayed for one week. The entire time the complex was undergoing major renovation which caused much noise and inconvenience. The unit itself was very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again but would make sure the construction was finished.

Great place to stay!

Location is superb! Walking distance to center of town is .6 miles and .3 to Tin City. The pool is beautiful: well-kept, always in sun, and several beaches nearby. Amanda our host was always available when we needed her. Interior is comfortable but needs updating.

Clean, convenient and close to everything,

This is a great place to stay if a one bedroom condo close to everything Naples has to offer is what you want. Literally a short walk to every eating place you could want and the famous 5th Ave. Yes, jet noise to nearby airport can be annoying but you get used to it and realize multi million dollar homes nearby deal with it as well!. By and large, a great one bedroom, well decorated and comfortable.

We couldnā€™t see out the windows because they are so old. The condo is in a fight pattern.

Comfortable bed and sofa. Very small tv. Planes flew low and directly over the building. Marina in the back is loud starting at 7:00 AM with workers and trucks backing up. Windows are old and you canā€™t see through them. Walk to downtown required walking over the bridge which was very loud.

Ok in Naples

We had a reasonable stay in this condo for ten days, furnishings were comfortable, condition of the unit was marginal, found the AC/heating system to be non functional when we experienced a cold spell in Florida (go figure), batteries in the thermostat had not been checked in quite some time and were very corroded, along with the system air filter which had not been changed in at least two years, (very very dirty). Upon check in I thought a shower would be a wonderful thing, but without a bar or other container of soap, figured Iā€™d wait until we could shop. Always thought soap was a given on original check-in, guess we are in a new age! Other than this list our stay was adequate and somewhat entertaining with the steady stream of inbound private aircraft from 8:00am to 9:00pm directly overhead.

5 star experience

We walked into the condo and were relieved and overjoyed with its layout, cleanliness, and interior design. The location was perfect: 5-10 minute walk to Downtown Naples and Tin City. The pool was beautiful- clean and built so that it received sun for the entire day. Of course there were poolside umbrellas! There was a elevator to assist in moving in and out. Contact with Amanda, the owner, was seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this lovely condo. Everything you would want in a kitchen & more. Pool area was a great place to relax after morning at the beach! Great to have elevator, too!

Good location, walking distance to shops restaurants etc. Short drive to beach. Property was dated. No DVD player that worked. Bedroom drawers were broken. Kitchen had all facilities. Bed linen needed replacing. Very good internet though.

Location and price is hard to beat!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is reasonably priced and that allows you to walk to many restaurants and shops look no more. The location can not be beat! We walked to all restaurants for dinner and breakfast when we were staying in the area. While the condo is nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked there are things mentioned in prior reviews that definitely are old and could use updating. The bureau and bedside tables require several attempts every time opened to close properly due to being old and lower quality. One of the bedside tables is also missing handles. The TV in the bedroom is old and has a constant buzz in the background annoying enough that it wasn't used as often as it would have been. Pillows are small, flat old, warn and have stains from others using. They are clean but look unclean which would not be appealing to many. Although clean the condo was in need of a good dusting as there was a layer of dust on furniture. It would have been nice to have trash bags and a bucket to put recycling in. We made due with plastic grocery bags. there is a chute for trash on each floor ( trash needs to be in a bag) and large recycling bins available so having bags to use is a reasonable need. Upon arrival the toilet tank leaked a lot. Amanda made arrangements to have a plumber come while we were there but as it resolved on it's own we opted to have her wait until we checked out. key box to get the key was super easy. The door latch stuck more often that not which we " fixed" by bolting the door. this was reported to Amanda so suspect it will be fixed.. Living room furniture is comfy. TV has a large selection of channels and WiFi worked perfectly. the view out the windows is nice. In summery We would certainly consider staying again, but would also explore other possibilities .

Perfect Week

We had a great time at the condo we rented. Very clean. The draws in the bedroom do not slide the way they should. Also the TV in the bedroom is very old. Overall great place to stay. The Beau Mer condo complex is a great place to stay. Can't wait to go back next year.
