Well appointed Condo with nice size family room and screened lanai. Kitchen has well appointed Cooking utensils and dishware. Both Bedrooms have a King size bed. TV in both bedrooms and Family . (1) hall bath and (1) en-suite bath. Both with walk in showers. Condo has side door off kitchen to side yard that is landscaped with a private outdoor sitting area. Condo on large corner lot that is lushly landscaped. Condo is on a quiet residential road that has a nice 1 mile circle to walk.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was a wonderful place to stay while we were vacationing in Naples. The condo exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient to beaches, restaurants & golf. Ms Deb was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Annual Naples stay

My husband and I enjoyed our annual stay as usual. Deb is the perfect host. The location is great and the condo is very clean and a good size. We will be back next year!Thanks to Deb are her cute dog Starr for another great stay in Naples.

Great place to stay in Naples

The property is very clean and well maintained. Parking is very convenient. The Property mangerlives in one of the units and is very helpful with any issues that might come up. She is also good with recommendations for restaurants, beaches etc .

My husband and I have stayed at Debā€˜s property multiple years and plan on being back again next year. The condo is perfect for our stay and Deb is a great host. Itā€™s in a great location and if youā€™re coming to Naples, I highly recommend it.

The condo is exceptionally clean, comfortable & well equipped. It is close to beaches, restaurants & close to golf courses. The owner is friendly, on-site & very quick to respond to any issues. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Naples get away

This is the third year we rented this condo from Deb. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and makes you feel right at home. Deb is a great host. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely place to stay near everything in Naples. We brought our 1 year old and we were all very comfortable. The unit is clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. Deb was very nice and accommodating. We were quite happy!!!

Month in Naples

This condo was a perfect size for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean and had everything provided that we needed. Deb was very quick to answer any of our questions. Because of the red tide and inability to go to the beach the first few weeks we missed having a pool. I highly recommend this place. Itā€™s in a busy part of Naples but wasnā€™t too bad after a while.

Naples Hidden Gem

This property is centrally located and just minutes away from everything you need including the beach. The picture of the listing do not do this place justice. Between the cozy living room, screened in lanai, and garden sitting area surrounded by natural privacy it is the perfect place to relax. Mrs Deb is the most gracious of hosts. She is warm and so friendly our three year old was her best friend instantly. On that note, it's hard to find a rental that is kid friendly enough that you don't worry about them destroying nicknacks and getting hurt on the furniture. This condo is decorated beautifully with a simple and clean style and all the tables have rounded corner! -*Wink wink* to all the mommies- Staying here as been a wonderful experience for my family. This is absolutely were we will stay on our upcoming trips.

Super convenient, well equipped and comfortable.

Centrally located, this apartment offers easy access to any place you want to visit in Naples. Deb and Brock, the owners, live on-site and are delightfully helpful. The apartment and grounds are beautifully maintained. The overall impression is welcoming and comfortable, with all of the essentials, whether you are visiting for a week or a month. The lanai (screened-in porch) is a ideal for breakfast or for cocktails. And, future tenants will enjoy brand new living room furniture, too.

Nice condo and a convenient location.

The condominium is very well-kept and very centrally located in Naples, make it easy to get to either the southside or anywhere on the northside with ease. My parents and I had a excellent time staying here and will definitely try and stay here again for future trips to Naples. The property owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely apartment in a great location!

We had such a wonderful month in this apartment, conveniently located near Tamiami Trail so we could visit many sites in and around Naples! The spacious, clean apartment itself is so well appointed ā€“ not to mention beautifully decorated ā€“ and the Thompsons such excellent hosts that we were immediately comfortable. My husband bought a non-resident beach parking sticker and enjoyed both Clam Pass Park and Lowdermilk Park a number of times. Our dog was welcome and enjoyed the mile loop walk in the neighborhood at least twice daily. Waterside, Mercato, and 5th Avenue South with restaurants and shopping were easily accessible by car (and off-street parking at the apartment was convenient, too). Of course, having perfect weather also made February 2017 terrific. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Naples!

Great seasonal rental property

Stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental property for the month of January 2017. Furnishing were very nice, with everything you may need, also a nice little lanai to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside. Owners were on site and very accommodating. Would diffidently stay here again ,and plan too.

This was our 4th stay on Morningside Drive, twice in 1 W and twice in 1 E. Property is well maintained with all that you require to enjoy your Naples stay. Close to great restaurants and beaches!

Great October retreat

We loved this lovely two bedroom, two bath condo in a 4 unit complex in a nice neighborhood that provided us with a much needed fall retreat. Though not on the beach it is close by and convenient to all we wanted to see and do. The unit is spacious, has a fabulous screened in porch which we used daily, nice kitchen and neighbors were helpful and quiet! We hope to stay at this place again. We found the owner to be spot on as to the description of the unit and if we needed assistance while there it was readily provided by JR. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful Spring Visit

Our first time in this condo - and we loved it. Our family of four had a great time. The unit was very well appointed. Everything was well stocked in the rooms and kitchen. If you wanted to - you could cook a gourmet meal in the well equipped kitchen. Tucked in a quiet corner just off of Tamiami Trail - but very, very close to all the main attractions. It was about a 10 min drive to Loudermilk Beach, & about 5 minutes to the Waterside Shops - just a great easy to find location. Deb was very easy to work with and answered all our questions very promptly. I will rent this unit again the next time we visit. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Naples. A true gem. Thanks Deb for a wonderful stay.

First Winter getaway after retiring

We found the property to be accurately described in the listing. It was very well equipped and had more small amenities than expected. Clean and in a very convenient area to all attractions and services. After about a week in the unit we decided to try and rent it for a similar or longer stay next year and discovered that the unit was already rented to someone else for next season and not offered to us. I sent an e mail to the owner to tell her of our disappointment and ask if she had any similar properties for rental and never recieved a reply.

Great Getaway!

We have chosen this great getaway for many of our stays in Naples. As stated in the listing and illustrated by photos, the condo is very cozy and inviting. The owners have been very thorough by including all provisions required to meet your needs. The unit is very clean, neat and organized. The owners are very accommodating and helpful with questions or concerns. What a great location! Shopping, dining, beaches and tourist attractions close by. Easily accessibly by bicycles provided. Will continue to make this our home away from home when visiting Naples.
