In addition to that, the unique funky little residential island community of Sunset Beach, with its close proximity and easy access to large touristy type beaches cannot be duplicated.

The Sag Harbor House is among one of several houses nestled into a cozy nautical themed boutique resort located on Sunset Beach. It is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love this place because of the coziness, it's Florida feel, it's proximity to the best beach on the West Coast of Florida, proximity to dining with your toes in the sand (short walking distance), ample parking, its residential neighborhood feel, and its open floor plan

Inside, our newly remodeled 750 sqft unit features a gorgeous professionally decorated, open-concept living and dining area, with an adjoining galley-style kitchen. The two bedrooms both feature queen-sized beds with plenty of space. The living room also features a full/queen sleeper sofa. Linens, pillows, blankets, towels, and an extra set of each item are included and can be found in the bedroom closets. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized oven/stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, all the cooking essentials you can imagine. You’ll also enjoy large smart TVs (bring your own Netflix password!) in the living room and in each bedroom, and free private WiFi internet access throughout the property. The bathroom is right in between the two bedrooms, and includes a full-sized tub & shower. The indoor laundry room doubles as a mudroom/sandy-towel-dumping-spot, and features an extra-large capacity washer and dryer.
Outside, you can enjoy the large, and beautifully lit pool and spa! Relax in the pool until you’re hungry, grill up your favorite flavors on the provided grills, and then dig in poolside. Each cottage is provided its own outdoor seating/dining area, but there is also a shared cabana area in which to put your feet up.
A shared garage is available for storage of (provided) beach & pool accessories (or your own bicycles, if you travel with them) and you have designated private parking. If you’ve been at the beach, there is also an outdoor shower, to rinse sandy feet and buckets.

***Our property consists of several houses on one property all surrounding the pool , spa , cabana, outdoor cooking and common area. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people for events such as beach weddings, family reunions, as well as other types of events or gatherings with multiple smaller parties wanting to be at the same property.

Lovely Week

Me and my wife had an awesome time at the point. It was everything described. Great location, house, pool, it was great. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to booking again soon ! Highly recommend this for anyone.

Cozy cottage

House was wonderful. They failed to disclise that hot tub and pool were not functioning. That was halfthe reason we picked this property. Apparently they had been broken for awhile according to the other guests. Would of liked to been told. So we could have llooked for other options.

Perfect Getaway Spot for Family

The “pink house” was perfect for our family (2 adults and one 3.5 year old). It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer right in the house. The storage shed next to the pool is stocked with everything you could need for both the pool and the beach. Noodles, buckets, and various toys for kids (or adults) and ice chests for food and drinks. Beach chairs, an umbrella, etc were also available. We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic private oasis!

This property is so adorable, and so private. It truly comes with every amenity - like you’re staying at a friend’s house. Including an entire garage full of beach toys, pool toys, games, chairs and more! Just steps to a beautiful part of Sunset Beach…about 90 steps the kiddos counted, and the beach has great, naturally shaded areas. The owner, Jason, is so nice and attentive! He let us check-in early since we were in town before 4, and the place was stocked with everything from towels and blankets to laundry supplies, zip lock bags, spices, and literally everything you need to feel at home. Thanks for a great home away! Hope to visit again someday!

Perfect beach house for a family vacation

The beach house had everything we needed to enjoy a holiday with our family. It is a right across the street from the beach, which was absolutely beautiful, and was not busy at all. We did have to drive to the grocery store and to some of the stores. But if you’re looking for a quiet location that’s not in a busy area then this place is perfect, but you will need a car to get around as there are limited places to eat or shop nearby. It has a pool and hot tub which you need to share with the other guests as this property is one 3 separate beach houses. So this would be a great location for those travelling as a multi family holiday as every family can have their own place, but still share the property together. The pool and patio area is in the centre of the properties. The garage is filled with beach, toys, umbrellas, coolers. and chairs which were perfect for a day at the beach. Guests do not have to bring anything including towels, and sheets and best of all there is a washer and dryer included, which was really helpful when travelling with kids. The hosts were very responsive and quick to reply to any questions regarding the property as well as provide recommendations. We had an issue with the Internet and the owner, who lives nearby, quickly came to fix the problem. Other than that there were no other issues, and it was a perfect place for our family vacation. We highly recommend this property.

Treasure Island Get Away!

The cottage is in a great location across the street from the beautiful Sunset Beach! Walking distance to tiki bar, Caddy’s, has a nice pool and hot tub and is well stocked with kitchen supplies, bath towels and beach towels. The owners were quickly responsive to our questions and requests, and provided very clear directions. I would stay here again if in the area, and highly recommend the cottage!

They provide everything!

From the beach equipment, floats, and toys we didn't have to worry about traveling with to the nice and spacious cottage with a washer/dryer available made a huge difference with beach clothes, towels, and swimsuits. It is literally across the street from the ocean and close to so many things. This was a great visit for our family.

Super clean and well supplied cottage

Our stay at the cottage was great. The cleaning lady was great and does a wonderful job. They even provided laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing tabs and more. Only bummer was the red tide. I know that is uncontrollable. We drove to different beaches and enjoyed the pool.

Beach house

Great location and easy access to beach. Recommend bringing your own Beach supplies if you can as several people stay and use the same stuff. Pool was great and used this more than expected. We had a great relaxing family vacation.

Excellent place with short walk to the beach!

Communication with the homeowner was great! We had no issues with checking in. The beach is right across the street and is so beautiful! My family of 6 had no problem walking across the street and it took us less than 2 minutes with 3 toddlers and a wagon to have our toes in the sand! The pool and common area were great as well! The only downside to this property was the furniture. The beds and couches were pretty worn out. We were still able to get rest so they weren’t horrible, but I think new furniture would definitely put this property over the top and it would be the best place we’ve ever stayed!

What a great property. Perfect location. The beach access is a very short walk across the street and down 3 houses. There’s several restaurants and bars within a short drive, some even walking distance. Pool and patio y a perfect places to hang after a morning on the beach. We will definitely come back.

My in-laws stayed in the house and they actually live locally. They absolutely love the location and convenience to the beach, local restaurants and shops, and access to a pool! The market on Corey Ave. on Sundays is great to check out if it works out for your stay! The house had everything we needed and more!

Cute cottage style

Perfect space for my husband, daughter and I. We also had an extra guest for a few days and still plenty of room. Location was awesome, short walk to the beach, bike rides to the beach and local restaurants were also fun. Place was very clean. We enjoyed the common area as well, pool was great! Plenty of space to share with other guests. Owners were accommodating and welcomed us in person. Felt comfortable asking for anything we might have needed but didn’t need to all was there. Thank you!

Best location at the beach

We rented the upstairs property (nice high ceilings very spacious)for 1 week. 2 adults and a 16,14 and 11year old. Jason was very accommodating and kept in touch with us via text and email prior to our arrival. The complex is small with 4 other cottages. The shared pool and jacuzzi was lovely and our kids spent a lot of time in it. There was very spacious outdoor seating in both shade and sun a lovely covered BBQ area with 3 BBQs and and shaded eating area. Beside this a big garage with lots of equipment for shared use-umbrellas, floaters, balls, beach chairs and bikes. I cycled every day on good cycle lanes down to St Pete and up to Johns pass. The real jewel in the crown is the beach across the road from the house. Beautiful clean and quiet. No long walk to water like in st Pete or treasure island. It was so near that we could pop over and back (2mins walk). On the other side was the lovely Blind Pass waterway where you can sit and watch the boats. We saw dolphins and manatees there. The house itself was very well equipped- excellent kitchen cooker towels and beach towels. Good WiFi , TVs with Netflix and lots of channels, good air conditioning which was needed with the heat. Excellent laundry facilities. It is a quiet residential area but only a 5 minute walk to Caddy’s which is a lovely beach restaurant , busy with beach games and music. Short drive or cycle to good supermarket. Recommend visiting the Sunday Corey Ave market 10 min drive towards St Pete for good quality fresh fruit, veg and BBQ, salsas etc. All in all an excellent holiday location and the best place for a stay along st Pete/Treasure Island.

Rental was Double Booked-Buyer Beware

See my other review for details. After we arrived, half of our group was stuck without a place to stay because one unit was somehow double booked. Owner Jason blamed it on the HomeAway website for the error. He tried to put half of our group up in an old outdated, tiny motel down the street and offered us full refund, because we were inconvenienced and he wanted to do what he could to make the situation right. After promising a FULL refund for all our trouble and hassle, Jason is now dodging emails and phone calls. Good luck to you if reserve his property, you could be stuck without a place to stay.

Wonderful property!

Had a great week of spring break at this property in April 2018! Very neat and clean, wonderful to have a pool, hot tub and washer/dryer. Beautiful beach a short walk across the street. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again! The owner, Jason, was very nice and even allowed us to stay one night earlier than planned due to a late change in our travel plans. Highly recommend!
