Great, quiet location. Perfect for a large family gathering. The backyard with the Bayview was spectacular. Short walking distance to the beach. Great restaurants all around.

Awesome spot and great owners!

No complaints at all which is rare these days. Plenty of space, close to everything and very accommodating to a bigger group.

The girls and kids beach trip

The property was perfect for our big family group. It was close enough to walk to the beach. But also peaceful and relaxing to stay at the property by the bay.

Amazing stay for my wife’s 40th birthday. She absolutely fell in love with the charm and character of the home as well as the beauty of the back yard and bay front views. Would love to book again for next year if available!

Golf Getaway

Perfect house and location to host our annual golf trip to OC. Deck and patio offered amazing views and sunsets. We have been coming down for 20 years and this was the best rental yet. Owner was very accessible and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Misfit Mayhem 2024 Group

Our friend group of 14 stayed here for a long weekend trip and absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ the location to the beach (a short walk), the nightly sunset view from the backyard and the absolutely beautiful outdoor space this home has! My personal favorite were the outdoors swings! Definitely would recommend this property and owners to others looking for the best of both worlds - beach and bay!

Fantastic!

The pictures do not do the property justice. The outside area is amazing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed crabbing, fish and floating in the bay. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. The house is wonderfully equipped with whatever you might need! Top notch.

Family vacation

The house was in a great location. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The outdoor area was great for relaxing. Beautiful views. A little disappointed the hot tub was not working, never got very warm. The house was unique very eclectic. I liked the house but it didn’t seem very well kept. Older bedding, ripped shower curtain.

Ahhhhmazing

The property was beautiful. We had perfect weather and were outdoors enjoying the property every day and night. The sunsets are so gorgeous. We relaxed in the bay, on the hammock chairs, in the hot tub and barbecued. The property is ideal for hanging outside. The only issue we had was that the linen company never delivered the bedding and towels so we did not know we were using the owners sheets already on the beds. We paid to have the linen service so will be requesting $150 refund.

Big Family Vacation

We rented this property for our Family Vacation this summer and had the most amazing time, such a hidden gem! We had people of all ages - toddlers, teens, adults and everyone enjoyed the house to the fullest. The home had plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out and have privacy as needed which was important for us with such a large group. It also offered plenty of space for us to all eat and hang out together when we wanted. We walked almost everywhere which was a huge change for when we stay in Ocean Pines and if we want to be closer to the beach, we typically rent one of the condos, so this was the best of both worlds! The outdoor space is definitely the selling point for this property with such a tropical oasis vibe. We could have spent the entire vacation outback enjoying the views, hot tub, games and relaxation. The hosts were so friendly and easy to communicate with. There was no confusion or issues with checkin/checkout. Having a good experience with the host makes a world of difference for your vacation so we really appreciated how informative and kind they were. We would stay here again in a heartbeat Thank you Brittani and Joe!

Pros: 1. Beautiful view of the bay 2. Large enough space for the groupCons: 1. Overall cleanliness was not good. Fingerprints on widows and door to back deck. Floor in 1/2 bath dirty. Overall, floors dirty. Fridge door fingerprinted and dirty. Glass in shower very dirty. A beer can and a soda can hanging in tree. Cobwebs everywhere.2. Half of the string lights in backyard didn't work and those that did had lights burned out. Extension cords plugged into house run outside under windows.3. Ceiling fan in bedroom fell apart. When it did work, it rubbed so loud you couldn't sleep. Another didn't work.4. Couch in living room old, worn out. Dirty, smelled like a wet dog. Ripped, cushion covers coming off.5. Outdoor furniture hard to sit on...like sitting on concrete. Recliners near water shredded, old.6. Toilet seat in 1/2 bath loose.7. Ants in kitchen upon arrival. 8. TV in living room didn't work. Missing batteries in remote.6. Boards on deck near water broken, Safety hazard. No lifesaving devices near water, if needed.7. Lights around flag near laundry had missing bulbs. Safety hazard. While the house sounds and looks nice in pictures, it is in much need of upgrades and repaired. The whole house had a musty, wet dog smell to it. Tried to vacuum carpet, vac smelled the same way. Overall, the house was not worth the money...very overpriced. Definitely will never rent this place. (did not contact owners. didn't want cleaners, repairman in house while we were there).

Amazing Back Yard!

This house was amazing! Our family rented for a week and had the most relaxing week. The house was close to everything but also very private. We brought floats and tied them to the dock and floated in the bay all week. Brittani and Joe were great hosts and answered all the questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!!

The property was amazing! The pictures online are beautiful but really don't do it justice. I was so pleased with the house and all its charm, the beautifully manicured grounds and the breathtaking view of the bay, that I cried on the dock upon our arrival. We had such a wonderful time and hope to book again in the future. Brit and her hubby were more than accommodating and were in contact with me throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend booking this house for any that are contemplating it. Thanks again for making my 50th Birthday celebration one to remember!!

Perfect family trip

There are just too many nice things to say about this place!! First of all, the communication with the owner is wonderful! She answered my many questions before, during and after our stay. The place itself is exactly what you see in the pictures. So unique and just a perfect retreat to make you feel like you were somewhere tropical! The home had everything we needed and was a perfect blend of giving everyone private areas but still open enough to keep everyone together under one roof. Already booked a week for next year!

Not only is the decor And layout very interesting and unique, the moment you walk out on deck your are mesmerized. Perfect backdrop for proposal that took place during our stay. There are so many different areas to enjoy and simply relax. Best vacation ever! Thank you so much.

Much Needed Family Getaway

The house was beyond our expectations. It looks just like the pictures. The outdoor area was so much fun, where we could all gather even socially distance. The hot tub made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
