This newly renovated 2-BR loft is only steps away from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, the children’s ski school and Born-free Express lift.

Directly adjacent to new Arabelle Square, this location features numerous ski shops, equipment rentals, restaurants and coffee shops inside the building and within a few hundred yards of your front and back door. Owner has arranged a 20% discount on all your ski-rentals with ski shop 10 yards from entrance (ask for special code when booking)

The free Vail Village Shuttle stops directly adjacent to the building.

Access to both the mountain and to all of the town’s hot-spots couldn’t be any easier.

The contemporary but cozy apartment features high vaulted ceilings in the living room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, WIFI, free HD cable TV and a balcony with views onto the Arabelle square and partial views to the ski slopes, gondola and lift house.

There is absolutely no highway noise or sight (a huge problem in Vail when renting unseen).

We’ve visited Vail before, but this was our first time staying right in Lionshead, and it couldn’t have been better. The location of this rental is unbeatable—just 30 seconds from the Gondola, making everything incredibly convenient. The condo was perfect for me and my two teenage boys during our long weekend and would comfortably accommodate a family of four. While the building itself is older, the unit is well-kept, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Cheryl and Sebastian were wonderful to work with. One of my favorite features was the wood-burning fireplace, which provided extra coziness during an extreme cold spell. If you’re looking for a prime location, this VRBO is an excellent choice!

Great Condo for Skiing/Other in Eagle

Had a great time with my son skiing in Vail. Condo has way more than I needed, but love the amenities. Pictures are accurate, has washer dryer and full kitchen if you need/use them, but a bunch of restaurants nearby. Owner supplied excellent instructions, where things are and very responsive if you need something. I’d certainly rent again. Thank you!!

Excellent accommodations in a perfect Vail location.

We visited Vail for a summer wedding and were delighted with the clean, well-appointed, and wonderfully located accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed, and the location was central to everything we enjoyed most at Vail. Even with the summer art festival happening right below us, village noise was never a problem. Highly recommended place to stay at Vail.

Nice, quiet apartment close to the skilift

The apartment is nicely furnished and very well equipped. To the skiing area is it only two minutes to walk.The only downside is the cramped bathrooms, which have no heating. In winter time it's a bit uncomfortable.

Great location for family/friend ski trip

We enjoyed our family ski trip! The location was ideal for short walk to the slopes and back to the condo after Apres skiing. The hosts were very responsive and no issues at all with our stay. Highly recommend for a family/friends ski trip!

Great location in Vail

Great value based on location and layout. Downside is no elevator and no pool but worth the savings. We had some issues with the cleanliness when we arrived but that was the fault of the cleaning company and the property manager fixed the issue asap.

Great location and space

Property was right in Lionshead Village and very close to the gondola. It was very comfortable and had a lot of supplies to cook with. Unfortunately, the one bad thing was that dryer was broken, which we didn't find out until after using the washer.

A great, cozy condo in a great location

We did a ski week with our two adult children and loved the property. It is cozy and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It is in a great location close to 2 lifts. Definitely would rent this unit again. We had a problem at check-in, but it was my fault, and the Sebastian, the property manager was very responsive.

A Perfect Vail Location

This Vail property was a great find! It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was easy to get to and the location being right in the village made it easy to walk right to lifts and the center of all of the activities. Parking too! We felt right at home would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Cozy feel, great location

Photos are very accurate. It’s a well designed, cozy condo right in the heart of Lionshead. Bathrooms are tiny, but the kitchen & living room make up for it. Great space for cooking & eating as a family. Coffee, restaurants, trail & shuttle bus right outside the door.

A Great Stay!

A very nice place that’s super convenient!!! Well prepared, very clean and very chic... Within walking distance to a rare combination of hiking, biking, dining and shopping.... Property manager was very prompt and attentive! Home had everything you need to cook and make sandwiches for the hill. Kitchen and family/dining room was perfect for relaxing after a long day!

2nd Stay at this location 4 years apart

My family of 5 stayed here recently nearly 4 years after our first stay. We go to Vail every winter and love the location. The en suite washer and dryer is a must for cleaning up all of the sweaty ski clothes. The location cannot be beat as it's just a few paces from Ski School and Chair8/Eagle Bahn. The location is clean, linens were soft, and everything was as advertised. I have no complaints other than a few of the light fixtures had lightbulbs that were burnt out. This wasn't of any consequence to us, but for what I'm sure you pay your property manager, they should check those things for you. Thanks again and we'll likely return in the future.

Great property, only minor complaints

This location can't be beaten for the price - just a few minutes away from the lift. The high ceilings create a nice open feeling in the kitchen and living room areas. The wood-burning fireplace is wonderful (for those who enjoy the ambiance of a real fire), however it would've been nice to have some kindling since the logs were so large. There were a few minor items that should've been addressed before guests arrived such as a bank of lights not working, however none of these "issues" were of any major consequence. Both bathrooms are VERY small, and have a sizable step-up to the toilets and shower (master bath only). Overall, I'd recommend this property to anyone considering a stay at Lionshead in Vail.

The cozy property is close walk to kids ski school and lionshead gondola

Took my family of 5 here for ski trip. We loved the condo and the close proximity of skiing shopping and restaurants. My kids are already asking when we can go back. The condo was just as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there. We didn’t have any issues here and after talking to Veronica briefly about extending our check out an hour to store our bags till our flight I’m pretty confident even if we did have a problem she would do everything to make it right. I would definitely stay here again

The Loft in Vail is one of our favorite vacation homes, where we spend at least 5-6 weeks per year. It is beautifully furnished in a contemporary 'bohemian' style and does not look or feel like a typical rental apartment.

We choose this property because of it's prime location. There is almost no other place in Vail which is more convenient in terms of accessing the mountain and being close to ski-shops and restaurants and the children's ski school. A new grocery store opened a few years ago just steps from the condo.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Everything can be reached by foot. You really do not need a car since a new grocery store is now open just steps from our apartment.. Although the the apartment is only .02 miles from the highway, there is absolutely no freeway noise or sight due to the larger buildings behind our complex.
