Come enjoy your stay at my renovated townhouse located in The Village At Camelback.This newly renovated end unit is located parking lot level which makes unloading and loading very convenient.This house is a SKI-ON/SKI-OFF unit which allows access to the slopes within a 5 minute walk from the house to PA most adventure filled mountain CAMELBACK!!!


My Townhouse has Wi-Fi and 4 Air conditioner units, one in the living room, one in each downstairs bedrooms and one in the loft bedroom. Come sit and relax in the living room by the fireplace and watch a movie on the 55" Smart Tv by streaming any of your movie apps.

The Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a basic meal, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, bowls and cups & wine glasses.There is a 12 cup drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, dishwasher and microwave

I do not supply paper towels or any cooking products.

The house has 3 bedrooms
Bedroom #1 - is the loft which has a King size bed, 32" Smart Tv and a Wireless Blu-ray player so you can stream your movie apps

Bedroom #2 - has a Queen size bed, 32" Smart Tv where you can stream your movie apps

Bedroom #3: has a Queen size bed and Full over Full Bunkbeds and a 55" Tv hooked up to a wireless Blu-ray player so you can stream your movie apps.

A plush Queen size Air mattress is also provided

Towels, Linens and pillows are provided. I do not supply washcloths. Please bring pool towels.

Bathrooms
There is a full bathroom located on the ground floor where the 2 bedrooms are located and a 1/2 bathroom located on the main floor by the kitchen

Towels and hand towels are provided.I do not supply wash cloths, Body wash or shampoo

There is a Washer and Dryer in the house. I do not supply laundry detergent or dryer sheets.

The back deck has a propane BBQ grill, table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided but may need refilling so please check before you grill. If tanks need to be filled i will reimburse you

The house is located in Cluster #2 and there is 1 designated parking spot in front of the house #17. The second car can be parked in any unmarked parking spot by the house. 3 or more cars can be parked in the overflow lot located a minute from the house.

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 5 minute walk from my house. The clubhouse has a heated indoor pool open all year, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 indoor tennis/pickleball courts, ping pong table, basketball hoop, football table and a fitness room. There is 2 outdoor tennis/pickleball courts located next to the clubhouse. Cornhole boards are available at the clubhouse.

I supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, hand soap, dishwashing soap and a few garbage bags. There are no additional supplies located in the house.
