Guests have full access to the entire property, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and multiple work desks. Outdoors, enjoy the huge covered terrace, private pool, sun loungers, and BBQ area. One private parking space is included, located within the property gates. Due to the steep mountain road, access is best with a car, quad, or scooter.

We’ll welcome you in person upon arrival, show you around the property, and explain everything you need to know for a comfortable stay. During your time here, we’re just a message or phone call away for any questions, recommendations, or assistance, while still giving you complete privacy to enjoy your mountain retreat.

• There is no backup power system in case of an electricity outage.
• One private parking space is available inside the property gates.
• Please respect community rules and the natural surroundings.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

NOTE1: Additional guest fee : 19USD / guest per night (over 6 guests) . Calculated by the platform.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card detail the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. A credit card transaction fee of 4.95% will apply. And, in the event of any cancellation, the 4.95% credit card processing fee will also apply.

NOTE3: A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE4: A refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

NOTE5: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h.

A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.
