Perfect for large families, wedding events, birthdays, etc! *Must be 25 & up to book*. The home has a long private driveway with a large parking pad (Enough to park 4 plus vehicles)

The front of the home has a covered front porch with a beautiful stone built garden. (The Lux gets a lot of Sun!)

The front door is equipped with a smart lock and the code becomes available at 4:00 pm.


THE MAIN FLOOR OFFERS:
20 ft entry way ceilings; A large dining room with beautiful white cherry trees, and an extended table with seating for 8. Connected to the dining room , is another open area in which you will find a brand new pool table for an evening of fun!

The main floor also offers an open floor plan, chefs kitchen with a large eat in island that seats 4 and a living room for extra seating. The living room has a gas fire place, 3 oversized luxurious blue couches, a coffee table and an 85 inch smart T.V. + sound bar. Perfect for the sports lovers or dinner and movie night combo.

Eat breakfast, lunch or dinner with family and friends in the kitchen or right in the backyard which features 1 grill & fire pit. The back yard is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the 12x16 purple leaf gazebo with large wicker seating (seats 8) AND a large patio table with 6 swivel chairs, 1 egg chair + large umbrella. The Rain won’t stop the show! Finish off the evening with the best treat Reisterstown has to offer! “The Cow” (within walking distance) is known for the best ice cream in town or “The Chill” for the best snowballs! Guaranteed to have you coming back!

If you’d like a day off from cooking, head down to the newly opened Royal Buffet (less than 1/2 mile) for some Japanese cuisine and bubble tea! There are also plenty of other restaurants in the area.

A half bath is also on the main floor & mini fridge.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (2nd floor/upstairs):

A Beautiful stair case leads to the 2nd floor.

Best quality sheets & blankets. All beds come with all season comforters.

* All bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs and streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, prime video etc. *please order movies at your own expense*

Bedroom 1: King size bed with 2 pull out drawers, 2 night stands, a dresser, a smart tv & sound bar, a large oversized mirror and a ceiling fan. Master bath features; His & Her sinks, jacuzzi tub (jets do not operate) and a shower. *Master closet is locked* if master closet is needed, please message before your reservation, and it will be made available.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed , 2 night stands with light & mirror, a closet, 2 accent chairs +TV.

Bedroom 3: 2 twin size beds (emerald green) with closet, night stand & smart tv.

Bedroom 4: Twin size trundle with pull out. (Sleeps 2) closet and vanity/desk + mirror & TV.

An additional full bath is present in the upstairs hallway.

An air purifier is also present. (Can be moved into any room)

There are 2 heating/cooling systems. The top floor has its own thermostat (located in hallway) and the same with main floor (located by the mini fridge) . The main floor thermostat controls the main floor & basement.


BASEMENT ARRANGEMENT:

Full set of couches, coffee table, large smart tv + electric fire place.

The basement also features a full bath and a washer and dryer.


Queen size air mattress available on site per request only, free of charge. Infants gadgets are also available upon request.
