Laguna Beach is located along the Florida Gulf Coast, considered the unincorporated west end of Panama City Beach, along Hwy 98 and scenic 30A. It has the same stunning sugar-white sand and emerald waters as its more well-known neighbor, but the vibe is the defining difference. Laid-back may be the popular term, but that may not even describe it effectively. Laguna Beach is the last stretch of Bay County that will never have commercial or residential properties built beachside, leaving natural beauty to maintain for years to come.

A golf cart and bicycle community, you can arrive at your vacation rental and park your vehicle for the remainder of the trip. The Carousel offers groceries and spirits, while the famous Thomas`s Donuts handles your sugar cravings. There is no reason to go outside of walking distance!

Even though Laguna Beach perseveres its Old Florida feel, it`s close enough to all of the modern conveniences you vacation to the area for. Pier Park is a 5-minute drive from Laguna Beach and offers a unique beachside, open-air mall experience. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment highlight the complex, but the Pier, 1500 feet over the Gulf of Mexico, should not be missed. Laguna Beach is also just a 5-minute drive to Frank Brown Park, known for hosting various sports tournaments year round and the famous 4 day June concert `Gulf Coast Jam`!

It is recommended to have a vehicle or at least a golf cart to cruise the neighborhood.

***A Vacation Rental agreement is required to be e-signed by guest after booking, important policies in the agreement listed below.***

Pet Policy:
One Dog is allowed up to 40 lbs. Dog Rules include: Keeping off beds and furniture, crated when left alone in the home, is supervised outside, and picked up after in the yard and/or neighborhood. Tenant pays the listing specified non-refundable pet fee at least 30 days prior to check in if not selected at booking.

Booking/House Rules:
- Tenant must be 25 to rent Premises (any variance of this requirement must be disclosed and approved in writing by GCG at booking or signing of the contract) and must remain at home during the entire rental period. Codes will not be release to anyone but the reserving Tenant.
- There must be 1 Adult over the age of 25 for every 2 individuals under the age of 25 during the rental period. (any variance must be disclosed prior to booking and approved in writing by GCG)
- Tenant will not allow guests in excess of the listed maximum occupancy of Premises during rental period. Parties and/or events are not allowed during rental period. Commercial photography or Videography are also not allowed without prior written consent by GCG.
- There is no vaping or smoking allowed in the home, on porches, or balconies. Please seek the designated smoking area (if applicable).
