The adjacent property, Ford’s Colony Eaglescliff, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate visible and audible construction work during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through 2025​​​​​​.

The Ford’s Colony community is constructing residential townhomes adjacent to Marriott’s Manor Club - Sequel. Active land and building development is ongoing. Please expect visual and audible construction work through 2025.

Cashless Resort

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery payment. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.


Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
