Modern tropical house with 3 bedrooms, close to the beach!

Our modern villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, garage and a private pool. The villa is surrounded with a beautiful tropical garden and is at 750m walking distance to one of the most popular beaches on the island, supermarket, restaurants, gym and nightlife.

Each bedroom has one double bed (1 kingsize and 2 queensize) and on request there are also babycribs available.
Outside we have a nice wooden deck next to the pool with relaxing chairs and also a cosy lounge corner.
The villa is located at a 'cul de sac' (dead-end street), which gives you the privacy your are looking for during your getaway.

The use of water and 45 kWh electricity per day is included in the price.
For additional consumption of electricity we ask for a contribution of EUR 0,40 per kWh.
-40 kWh is enough for normal usage-

We provide towels and bed linen upon arrival. If you wish to have an interim cleaning during your stay, please let us know. Interim cleaning is possible EUR 80 per cleaning and includes fresh towels and bed linen.

Fabulous location to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The house met all our needs. Nice short walk to Jan Thiel beach. The pool was lovely for an early morning or late night swim. The iguanas even came out to play with us one day. Louise was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had. My only suggestion would be that they had an outlet in 2nd bathroom. Not a big deal, we made it work.

Super fijne accommodatie op een rustige plek in Jan Thiel. Goed en duidelijk contact met de host gehad en nergens problemen mee gehad. We mochten op de laatste dag zelfs later uitchecken dan geadverteerd staat. Het zwembad is super netjes en wordt twee keer per week schoongemaakt door een hele vriendelijke meneer. Er staat een gasbarbecue en wasmachine in de schuur waar je ook gewoon gebruik van kan maken. Je kan de huurauto op eigen terrein parkeren achter een hek. Al met al super fijn verblijf gehad.

Our trip to Curaçao was absolutely amazing! Louise was so sweet and super attentive, easy to communicate with! My friends and I Loved the villa! The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The big gate/door to the driveway did not work most of the time but it wasn’t a problem at all to manually open and close it. The grill was not working properly, just used oven instead for a dinner night. Overal 5/5 stay!! We loved every minute of it. Thank you Louise!

Great stay for 5

For a girls trip of 5, the villa size was perfect and for the description. The neighborhood was beautiful , and checking in and out was easy. Louise was very communicative and helpful. We all enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The AC units did a great job at night in keeping us cool and I loved that fact that both the front and back doors opened all the way to allow air through during the day. Luckily we came during a great season (spring) so it wasn’t too hot and humid. We do wish that there were more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper for the amount of people who were in the house and the length of time we were there for (4 nights). We also did have trouble with the garage doors opening and closing slowly and at times getting stuck. And clearer directions on how to find the washer. The pool could have used more cleaning with the dead leaves at the bottom of the pool but still swimmable. The pool chairs were also a bit dirty and thus weren’t used. There were some ant like insects on the kitchen counter and windowsill but I figured “it’s the Caribbean” and the nozzle for the water feature on the fridge was a bit dirty as well. It would have been great to have curtains on the bathroom windows as they were a bit more exposing to the outside. There are also cameras on the property which was added security especially at night. But close to lots of great restaurants and the Willemstaad. Overall still a really good stay!

March Break in Curacao

The villa is fantastic, with multiple bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living area. The outside area was our favorite, with a great pool that was amazing to unwind in after a long day. Communication with the owner was seamless and a grocery store was 10 minutes away by foot. Easy driving to multiple locations.

Great location and nice home

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk from Jan Thiel beach and activities. Honestly, it is hard to beat this location. The fact that the house has a pool makes it that much better. I wouldn't have more than 5 or 6 people stay here. It's not a ton of square footage. My wife and I loved staying here so much, we probably wouldn't look at other properties if we came back.

Wonderful Anniversary Getaway

Louise’s home was the perfect backdrop for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The accommodations were exactly as described. The location was convenient; we felt very safe to walk around. We had no complaints. We would love to stay again should our travels bring us back to the island!

Comfortable home in good location

Comfortable house with lovely private outside area and pool. Good location - several restaurants, supermarket and Jan Thiel beach within walking distance. Helpful host. Would stay again if in Curacao again.

Schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus. Super ruhige Lage. Bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Grill, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Soundanlage Sonos funktioniert super. Check In war reibungslos. Leider hat man aber die Vermieterin nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Alles ging per WhatsApp. Küchenausstattung ist jetzt alles vorhanden :-) Wir haben sehr gerne noch eine neue 6. Kaffeetasse besorgt. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch zum zwischendurch mal sauber machen. Sehr geräumig alles und echt weiter zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist in Jan Thiel und in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, leider überteuert, aber super Waren und sehr sauber. Man braucht auf alle Fälle ein Auto. Zum Essen gehen findet man überall was und muss nicht alle Touri Sachen abklappern. Einheimische schöne Lokale sind überall zu finden, auch wenn man meint da nicht hingehen zu müssen, weil es von außen vielleicht nicht so schön ist. Traut euch und ihr bekommt super tolles Essen, hatten nirgendwo einen Reinfall. Die schönsten Strände sind im Westen der Insel und somit braucht man 40minuten. Trotz alledem konnten wir einen herrlichen super schönen Hochzeitsurlaub hier verbringen und werden die Insel auf alle Fälle wieder besuchen.

20th Anniversary Trip

We chose Curacao as the second leg of our 20th anniversary trip and were so happy that we chose Villa Koko. Such a spectacular house in every way. Perfect location, perfect outdoor space and perfect living space. Also can’t say enough about the owner, Louise. She absolutely helped make our experience even better. Thank you so much Louise. This was our first trio to Curacao and we were very impressed. Just a different vibe than other islands including Aruba. We really enjoyed both Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. Beautiful beaches with lots of activity going on. Both beaches had great night life, as well. Every restaurant we picked was delicious. We especially liked de Pier and Pops Place. Green House over on Mambo Beach has a huge menu so it is perfect to ensure there is something that everyone will like. We’ve been lucky enough to visit several islands in the Caribbean and I can say that Curacao and Villa Koko is the best trip we have had. Thanks again, Louise.

Perfect vacation getaway

We had an amazing time in Curacao, and this villa was perfect. It was in immaculate condition- the grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-kept. The location is without compare- several restaurants just around the corner, or a 20 minute drive will get you to Willemstad or Santa Barbara. The property is secure, and the entire area felt very safe. Louise was very attentive and helpful. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Relaxing and Beautiful

Our host Louise was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire experience. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured and advertised. Great location with stores, restaurants and a beautiful beach just a 10 minute walk away.

Loved the place, space, pool and the location is great. It’s a walking neighborhood. Very safe. Surrounding by amazing other homes. Thankful for this place. I would recommend this to anyone.
