Dear Tracy When I travel, I realize how stressful is to rent accommodations. Places we have never been, in countries where we don´t live, with procedures that are often simple, that became complicated by the lack of information and the language barrier. In addition the tourist wants to enjoy 100% of the time, don't want to waste a minute! Allied to this the fear that the place is not like the photos at the site and sometimes fear that the place does not even exist! So I prepared information to include the maximum of doubts guests may have, with many pictures what they will see. Every new doubt I receive, it ends updating my communication! Also I have a computer control schedule for checking all important events to advise customers about important events for all properties I manage. Glad to have reached this goal with you.
