We feel the same way! Once we arrive on Longboat Key we never want to leave. With everything so conveniently located, we do not have to leave until our vacation is over. The beach is our favorite spot to be also. The great thing is knowing that we can always come back to the Beachcomber the next year. We are very pleased that you had an enjoyable vacation. With the beach, pool, sunsets and the great weather you had at Longboat Key, it would be hard not to have a relaxing vacation. Some warm weather with some palm trees and sitting by the Gulf breeze is what we all need this time of year. And, the managers do a great job of keeping the building in tip top shape. The traffic this year seemed a little slower than in years past. it may be due to the new cross walks that were installed for pedestrian safety. It is nice to be located on the beach side of the Key. I plan my trips to St. Armand's Circle or Anna Maria with ample time at certain times of the day. Longboat is such a nice destination, I think many people are sight seeing or trying to get to their favorite restaurant by sunset. In that regard, I will grill during sunset for the nights that we stay in. It is great having Publix so close. Thank you for review. I hope you have as much fun next year.

I am so happy you had a great vacation. Yes, the laundry washers and dryers are located at a central location by the office. It is easier for the managers to keep them sparkling clean and running efficiently, and also if someone needs any help. The best part is that I can do laundry while relaxing by the pool and just hop in to move the clothes to the dryer. The office can even arrange to have someone do your laundry for you if you would like. Sounds like your trip was enjoyable and you had a good time. I hope you comeback to Longboat Key next year.
