My Beautiful 1500 Sq ft Four bedroom Blue House ( this is the blue portion of the property) is located near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events.The House is located 5 minutes walk through Grover Park (where is basketball court, children swings and benches for comfortable sitting ) from Princeton Shopping Center (Second Downtown in Princeton) and 1.6 miles from University.
The house with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms situate in the safe residential area with the comfort of New Furniture, Free WI-FI, Cable TV, Central Cooling and Heating System. You will immediately feel at home. It comes with Two Parking spaces and spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend a whole summer together playing games, enjoying sunshine and having barbecue with friends. It's a nice and cozy house for each member of your family.

We are dogs friendly properties and unfortunately cats are not aloud because of some guests with severe allergies.

Loved the house - third party hiccups

There was a small issue with our stay and when I called up the property owner, she was absolutely amazing. She worked every possible angle to try and fix the issue. Even though we didn't come to a resolution, she was fair and extremely generous with her time. As for the property itself - very cute and comfy. I wish that it had worked out. Maybe next time!

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Good: Great place, very comfortable, plenty of amenities. Bad: Every area of wood flooring creaks like a haunted house (stairs and entire second floor). Ugly: The attached rental was leased to someone who left their dog alone inside and it barked for hours every day.

This is a wonderful property with a bedroom on the first floor (and no steps into the apartment), in addition to the three large bedrooms upstairs. Beds and other furniture are very comfortable. We loved that both showers were walk-in. Lovely towels and sheets. Natalia was very attentive and responsive.

Going Back to Nassau Hall

So happy that we stayed here! Returned to town with friends for an event on campus. Natalia provided a lovely space for us to relax and catch up. Quick drive to campus made it even better. Will certainly look to stay again the next time we're in town. Thank you, Natalia.

An Excellent Stay

There is plenty of room. Neighborhood is quiet, but there is an adjoining apartment, so you take your luck there. Very near a small shopping center with several eateries and a good size grocery store. Owner was very responsive to texts. Sorry we didn't get to meet the owner. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Comfortable home

The house was very comfortable. Especially, beautiful backyard. Our family grilled almost everyday and spent most of time at the backyard. Surrounding areas are very safe and quite and easy to access to princeton shopping center. The laundry is located in the basement and the livingroom is at the very top floor which makes cozy feeling but it's very hot. Owners are very responsible and polite. If you are looking for house that has everything, this is perfect home!

The house was very clean and accomplished what we needed. The layout of the house was very strange though. We spent most of our time outside because of the peculiar layout. The host was also very responsive, which was nice.

Fun Stay!

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is really nice (it felt very safe and quiet) and very close to downtown Princeton. I walked only a few blocks to a shopping center that has everything (coffee, supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store, etc). The yard is really amazing as there is a ton of room for kids to play on a flat grass lot. You could bring a football, soccer ball, etc. They have a lovely seating area outside for nice weather. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 king, 1 queen, 1 room with 2 twins) and 1 bedroom downstairs (2 twin beds). We had enough room for two kids and three adults. There are two bathrooms, which made our stay easier, too. There is not a bathtub, fyi. The kitchen and also the living space is comfortable for 5-6 people to sit for dinner/relaxing, but probably not more. If you intend to have more than 5+ people stay or visit the house, you may want to rent the larger portion of the home. The renter was very responsive.

Wonderful Location, wonderful place!

The place was beautiful and in the perfect location. It was close to a grocery store and the university. Natalia and her husband helped us throughout the process and were amazing to deal with. When in Princeton this place is a must! I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Natalia!

Great location!

We shared a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family there. We took a day trip to Philadelphia one day, a trip to NYC another day, and to Washington Crossing as well. The property was very clean and cozy. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. Plan ahead for any cooking as you may want to bring a few utensils with you but still 5 stars for sure. We will hopefully get a chance to stay there again sometime.

We loved it!

The house is clean and comfy. Washing machine and dryer came in handy when kids made themselves dirty and wet from outside activities. The house is located in a quite neighborhood and is close to Princeton Shopping center and the University. We were welcomed by a nice bottle of wine and had a great time here. Thanks Natalia.

The House is located 1.6 miles (40 min walking or 5 min Uber) to Downtown and Princeton University, 5 min by walking to Princeton Shopping Center where is NY Sport Club, McCaffrey's Supermarket, Bon Appetite European store, Cross Culture Ethnic Indian Cuisine, Schanghai Park Chinese Restaurant, Famous Nomad Pizza, Chopt Creative Salad, Dunkin Donuts, FreeB Bus, and more…
