My Beautiful Exclusive Red Brick House with Four Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms ( this is the red brick portion of the whole property) is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The House is located 5 minutes walk from Princeton Shopping Center through the Grover Park (where is basketball court, children swings and benches for comfortable sitting) and 1.6 miles away from University. It comes with Two Parking spaces and spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend a whole summer together playing games, enjoying the sunshine and having barbecue with friends.
The House is located in the safe residential area with the comfort of New Furniture, Free WI-FI, Cable TV, Central Cooling and Heating System. You will immediately feel at home. It's a nice and cozy house for each member of your family. Relax and Enjoy :)

Stayed with two other couples and our dog for the weekend. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Everything was easy and the host was incredibly responsive to questions. The living room was a great place to socialize and the fully functional fireplace was great. Location is convenient to grocery, coffee, etc.

The house was exactly as it was pictured. The family room was terrific and with a big family we were all able to hang out. The bedrooms are good sizes and all the bathrooms are renovated. Our only complaint is the kitchen. It really wasn’t equipped well, and the oven was impossible to regulate, and the burners weren’t working the way they should. But overall, it’s a great place.

We came to visit family and were able to host a few people over for dinner as well as hang out. There was a ton of space, lots of comfy spots for hanging out. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beds galore

Bedrooms (so many!), dining room, kitchen all great. The property is attached to another, there was a large family there at the same time but there was no noise. The living room seating is minimal compared to the number of beds. Perhaps 4 or 5 couch- seats plus 2 seating cubes

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Perfect Girls’ Werkend!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Natalie’s home. It was absolutely perfect for a cozy girls’ weekend. The home is equipped with anything and everything we would need. Loved the fireplace! It’s a short Uber ride to downtown Princeton and all it has to offer. Natalie goes above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We will be back!!

Very nice house, large and clean.

We had a very nice 2020 New Year celebration with our family at the house. It is very spacious and has a nice central hall, decent kitchen and comfortable beds. The owners are indeed very responsive and nice to deal with. We had a very good time there. Just a note that may clarify a confusion that we had before we rented the house: when you look at the house from the front , what you are actually renting is a full brick house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a hall) + the the first floor of the middle section of the attached blue house that has a dining room and the kitchen there. The left side of the blue house plus the second floor of the middle section is a separate rental property by the same owner. So you may end up with another group of people next to you and above the dining room and the kitchen. Then it all depends on what kind of neighbors you get.

A wonderful property with lots to offer

The homeowners met our every need. They were completely responsive to questions. We enjoyed numerous amenities, including fantastic kitchen and close proximity to great restaurants and local sites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great home in a great area

I stayed here with 10 long-time friends for a reunion and we had a great time. The home is spacious, clean, and well-furnished. We used both the outdoor grill and kitchen for meals, both worked very well. There is a cute shopping center nearby for food and other shopping :) We had so much fun and would definitely recommend this place for large groups like us. The owner (Natalia) was also very accomodating and responsive. 5 stars!

Perfect place for an extended family gathering

Lovely space, beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Beds are all exceptionally comfortable. Bedrooms have 2 closets each and a sense of privacy even when the house is full. Kitchen has a wonderful stove perfect for cooking for big crowd, washer and dryer, nice shaded deck, with large table, grill and big backyard. Fireplace works! Internet and cable were seamless and fast. Location is easy access to Princeton downtown with lots to do, eat and explore. Natalia was wonderful, very attentive, kind and truly accommodating. We look forward to returning and finding an excuse to host another family event here!

Awesome!!

We rented this place to attend a friend's wedding in the Princeton, NJ area. The house was pretty big for a party of 12. The house was spacious, and had a lovely relaxed feel. Natalia was a brilliant host, she quickly responded to all our concerns and questions and was very accommodative. Thanks for warning us about the snow and letting us rent this property for an extra night.
