Washington County just passed an ordinance banning most short term rentals. To be legal we have to rent on a long term basis; 30 days or longer; but we will do this by only allowing one rental per month, this will need to be a 4 day minimun. They are concerned about large groups, load noise, parties, kids flying around on off road vehicles, etc. No more than 7 vehicles, all must be parked in front of the house, none on the road. No large fires in the fire pit, and sometimes in the summer they don't allow any fires at all. No campers or camp trailers. This home has two master suites each with king beds. Three other large bedrooms with king beds. One large bedroom with four bunks; 8 beds. And one bunkbed in the loft area. The couch has a hide a bed, queen size but it's not made up, if you use it you need to make it up and stripe it when you leave, put the sheets in the laundry room and fold and put away the quilts. This cabin offers a spacious chef's kitchen which opens up in to the great room. Fire place, grill and outdoor fire pit. Patio and second story deck. Full Laundry. Easily sleeps 22. Forest service in backyard. Fishing and hiking within minutes of the cabin. Great for large families. This is a great space to rent by the night, weekend, or by the month.10 minutes from the St. George Marathon starting line. If you intend on renting please give us a description of your group. No smoking in the home, alcohol in moderation.
