Brand new renovated modern three bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. Central air, huge living space with flat screen tv, giant sectional ,round dining table. The Brand new kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with pots ,pans ,dishes ,glasses ,and all of your kitchen needs including a dishwasher, ice machine and garbage disposal. Bathrooms are brand new equipped with shampoo, soap, towels etc. Video tour see link. https://youtu.be/UCkiQiarxNI This unit you get a full floor with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathroom ,dining room, large living room. Close to boardwalk, casinos, Tanger’s outlets, shopping center, hospital, bus station, concerts, and restaurants. The whole entire unit for them selves. I am always available at 215-783-6303 Across the street from Tropicana casino,bars and restaurants, one block from boardwalk and beach. We offer free parking. (With a full parking lot) Uber and jetny bus is the best way around the city if you don’t want to drive. Jitny bus station on corner to take you around Atlantic City. Tropicana casino across the street. 7-11 convenient store across the street. Boardwalk ,beach 2 block away. Shopping AC outlets 8 blocks away. Rite Aid Pharmacy 2 blocks away. Convention center 10 blocks away. Clubs ,bars , restaurants across the street in Tropicana casino. Chef vola AC finest restaurant 2 blocks away. Bungelo beach club 2 blocks away. Best location to spend your time in Atlantic City.

The house itself was amazing! Very clean and recently redone. Lots of space and exactly what was on the photos. Although, there was a slight mishap

Never again

The listing was miss leading it says 2 bathrooms there was 1 1/2 there was mold throughout the house we found rodents there was also a door that on locked from the inside no idea where it goes the location was behind a restaurant on the second floor never again

We have no mold in this unit. One door leads to outside deck the other is to front of building. Yes it’s 1 1/2 bathroom we had a mistake on last listing.

Has Great Potential

The place was a great size, had everything you could want for a girls trip, and located right by the beach. The owner was responsive and polite. But the amount of bedbugs found overrode anything pleasant about our stay. After the first night we found bedbugs all in the front bedroom. I contacted the owner and he was very responsive and supposedly sent someone while we were on the beach all day. We washed all the bedding and personally cleaned ourselves, thinking that would help. Night 2, the girls sleeping in that bedroom began to break out in hives and we found a few more. We decided to move the bedroom into the living room. Rewashed all the blankets, checked for bugs, and moved forward. We thought the hives were fly bites from the beach because we were getting bit alive while tanning. Night 3, the one girl was so full of hives that we thought she would need to go to urgent care. Rashes everywhere. We left the next morning and decided to just chalk it up as an experience that we would never return and left it at that. But once we got home both girls that were sleeping in that room ended up getting medical help. They had full body hives and one was having a serious reaction to the bites. The doctors said it was due to a serious infestation of bed bugs. They had to go on a steroid to get the swelling to go down. Uri was great, and I really wanted to give his place the benefits of doubt but after putting two girls in urgent care and one having a serious reaction. I cannot give this place a great review. I wish I would have woken up night one and asked for a refund but I was trying to use every other excuse in the book. The place is big, beautiful, and well equipped for a getaway, but has a serious bed bug infestation that overrides any of that.

Beware of Bedbugs & Owner

House was not clean upon arrival, it looked as though someone had just left the home from a previous stay. Owner accused us of dirtying the house to get out of our rental. Uri said, "I know your game, I know what you're trying to do and it's not going to work!" He was blatantly disrespectful and had no right to yell at me in that matter or tone. This was because we asked him a few days in advance if he wouldn't mind postponing our stay due to Murphy's latest covid memo. He said no, so we decided to take the right precautions, packed up our food and beverages to have a nice relaxing girls weekend. He sent a cleaning crew 3 hours into our stay to change the linen and wash the floor since we had already cleaned and disinfected everything else. The cleaning crew changed the sheets but kept the same blankets on all three beds from the previous stay. Luckily, we brought our own blankets. As one of our guests were headed to bed the first night she realized something crawling on the bed...she located 2 large bed bugs crawling over her bed. Bedbugs travel in packs, are great hiders and spread all over. We contacted Vrbo who said we had to contact the Owner. The Owner came with a bedbug spray and sprayed the mattress and called it a day. We argued that this place needs a professional treatment. Uri once again told us that we are making this up, our time stamped photos were, "Sweetie you took a photo of a photo, I know your game" but then later he said that we planted bed bugs (who the heck cultivates bedbugs)... at this point we felt uncomfortable knowing the place has bedbugs, we were sitting on the deck for 4 hours instead of enjoying ourselves and Uri constantly accusing and yelling at us, we just wanted to leave. Uri refused to let us checkout early and give us any money back, angrily threw our sheets over the 2 story balcony and left. We did not travel 3+ hours, pack all of our belongings and food, pay the same if not more than a resort would have cost for two nights to be treated like crap and stay with bedbugs. We had no choice but to book a hotel on the boardwalk and left Uri's place immediately. After we left Uri's place we finally felt comfortable (except for the lingering thought that the bedbugs may have snuck into our luggage) and had the girls weekend we deserved. It's such a shame that the first night and morning was ruined and so much of our time was wasted when we should have been drinking mimosa's on the beach.
