This family friendly ocean view condo is a block from the beautiful and spacious wildwood crest beach. Located in the very desirable Monarch condo complex. The complex has a spacious heated pool, a jacuzzi, and kiddie pool. In addition there is a great bbq area with 4 gas grills and tables for eating outside. The condo has great amenities - fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, Blu Ray Player, TVs and DVD players, free WiFi, and DVD movie library.

There's so much to do including many free activities throughout the season in the wildwood area. Activities include concerts, fireworks, movies on the beach, parades, etc. The condo is located in one of the best locations. It's only a block from the start of the famous wildwood boardwalk, a block and a half from the beach, within walking distance of wonderful bakeries, and fabulous restaurants. It's a block from the crest bike bath and a few blocks from a playground and basketball courts.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the condo has many extras to make you feel at home and take the stress out of packing. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. The condo has all flat screen tvs including a 50 inch flat screen in the living room. Also for your convenience, the storage closet is available for you to store your outside items. You will also have the use of two bikes, kiddie toys, beach umbrella, and four beach chairs.

Perfect Getaway!

This place was everything we needed!!! The location was excellent! The walk to the beach was doable with two 3-year-olds….which is no easy task. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The condo was just what we needed and Beth was so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!!! We will definitely look at staying here again!

Fantastic stay

This was a beautiful rental, that we all enjoyed! Close to the beach, excellent communication, and we were even able to check in early! Extremely clean too. We will be staying there again!

Location is great

We had a great stay at this wildwood property. For us, the location was ideal!!! The beach was a short walk with littles. The pool was nice but the hot tub was the family favorite. We enjoyed making memories at this location!

Great stay!

Bigger than we thought! This property was spacious and very clean. We went with our 2 year old and another family and the bedroom set-up worked great because 2 bedrooms were on one end and the other was on the other end so it worked out since the other family had an infant. The pool was clean and the hot tub was nice, especially because it was a little chilly. We enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk and short drive to Cape May. We would definitely come back!

the elevator broke on early Saturday morning 7am 9/13/2025 and was still not working on Sunday 9/14/2025 when we left so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs

WILL REBOOK beautiful and immaculate

Beth was wonderful prior to booking when we arrived and during. I couldn't be happier with my stay. view was amazing. pool was just what we needed. the place was spotless. Even asked if any openings will defiantly stay again.

Nice Home Away from Home

Great Condo in a nice location! Not far from the start of the boardwalk (south side) but also in nice walking distance to the beach. Its also a nice place for the handicapped or people with walking challenges. Guaranteed tram car at the start of the boardwalk and the condo has an elevator to go up and down. Its also nice to have 2 parking spots available for the guests. Great communication with Beth and we had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Vacation

The location of this rental is ideal for our family. It's close to the beach and boardwalk but the neighborhood is still quiet. Restaurants are within walking distance too. The condo has all the amenities we needed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The condo could use a deep clean. The walls and baseboards and windows were dirty but the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Overall we were very happy and booked again for next year.

Great location and amenities

We stayed here with my daughter, son in law, and 4 year old and 1 year old grandchildren. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was just the right amount of space. Loved that it was just 2 blocks from the beach and start of the boardwalk and that there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Especially loved the fact that there was a pool, including a baby pool. Appreciated the fact that the owner provided a beach cart and 2 beach chairs and although we didn't use them, 2 bikes as well. There is also covered parking for 2 cars. The owner was just a text message away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo was pristine

Everything was communicated prior to my arrival. Check in with given codes was easy. Condo was clean upon arrival. Pool and hot tub were used daily and cleaned nicely. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed ... short drive or walk away. Beach was a block and a half to walk to and nice way to start day with ocean breeze and sounds to relax you from daily work routines.

Perfect location for a Crest vacation

My family recently rented this property for a week's vacation on Wildwood Crest. Despite having four adults and young kids (so lots of toys), we had plenty of space and weren't on top of one another at all. Tons of storage for everything you bring (inside as well as in the storage closet for beach stuff), a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, clean, updated, comfortable sleeping/sitting/etc. The building too is clean and surprisingly quiet considering how many units there are. Both pool areas are spacious and never felt crowded. Pool temperature was perfect. The location can't be beat -- short walk to both the beach and boardwalk, as well as several good restaurants, convenience and liquor stores, and mini golf. The owner is very friendly; communications were easy and helpful.

This condo was beautiful. I consider myself high maintenance but with a low budget and this condo was perfect. Nice size, great location and CLEAN (which is so important to me). Would definitely stay here again.

Love Those Wildwood Days

Great location. When we were considering places to stay, half of our group wanted to be on the boardwalk and half wanted to be on the far side of the Crest, so this was the best of both worlds. The open floor plan gave us ample room to spread out and was conducive to keeping an eye on our toddler. We did a lot of cooking during our stay, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer within reach. The only downside for us was the lack of cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms and dining area. The owner was apologetic when we brought this to her attention, and said that she would address with the cleaning crew. While we were able to fix the issue ourselves, at this price point we were expecting a more thorough job - or at the very least, to not have dirty rags and rugs left out. (Because let’s be real: cleaning is not the ideal way to start a vacation.) The above aside, this unit is a solid choice for anyone looking for a centrally located property with quality amenities and room to spare.

Great place, great owner

Our check in had to be pushed later in the day because the cleaning was not done on time but the owner was great in communicating and refunded us one night because of inconvenience. Property was great and location couldn't be better. Owner is great communicator. Definitely recommend!

Great Location and Amenities

Been visiting Wildwood for vacation since I was young and this was by far the best condo I’ve stayed in. Walking distance to hotspots and beach, great pool and grounds, easily accessible.

My dream was always to own a place down the shore. When I started vacationing in Wildwood Crest, I knew this was the location where I eventually wanted to own a condo. My dream came true and I couldn't be happier with the area, the condo, and the complex. I sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean and it's the best feeling in the world.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I fell in love with the complex the minute I saw it. I rented in Wildwood Crest for a few summers. I loved the weeks I spent there and the place I rented, but the Monarch complex really is above and beyond. Most other complexes do not have the amenities the Monarch has. The complex is new, clean, and has an amazing pool and BBQ area. It's unlike any other on the Island.
