This house has unobstructed views of both the beach and the Intracoastal waterway and is a few feet from the beach access. The back of house borders the Intracoastal waterway and you can hear the pounding surf of the ocean and watch dolphin's swim by as you sip your morning coffee from the deck overlooking the ocean.

There are 6 bedrooms (all with new bedroom furniture and new pillow top mattress) and 3 full bathrooms with a second and third floor wrap around decks.

Private pool in back yard with Hot Tub and Tiki bar surrounded by 6 foot fencing for privacy.

1 King Room, 3 Rooms with Queen beds. 1 room with triple bunk beds. 1 Room with a set of twin beds . Two extra mattresses as back up option. There are 4 TV's in the house and multiple DVD players.

The view and access to the beach was great! We had a few minor inconveniences with the property but Ben was very responsive. The property could use a little TLC including weeding around the pool area.

Fantastic property.

The property was clean and well equipped and well maintained. It's exactly as it seems on the description. Beautiful! Porches with porch swings. Beautiful for you of the ocean and the inlet. 10 adults and three kids were very comfortable. Plenty of room to be together and to get away from each other if we need to.

Perfect House on the Beach

We had a great time and really enjoyed this property. The beach across the street was beautiful and we really loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The week went too fast but we will be back!

Great Beach house

Amazing pool, hot tub, house and beach access. Minor issue with the house, involving the air conditioner. But the owner had it fixed very quickly and also offered a quick fix, so it wasn't a problem at all. Truly a wonder time. Because I had time available with my family and even my two grandkids, and a house that they all enjoyed. Minor issue with a house being built next door, but that isn't the owners fault.

Still a wonderful vacation house

We have now vacationed in this house for the fourth time with 10 to 15 adults and children each time. We enjoyed two weeks this year. We hope to return soon. Need I write more? A comment about Ben’s hospitality is in order. We had a couple of unexpected issues that required attention. He was quick to reply to our messages and dispatch the needed solutions. Kudos!

Great week!

House as advertised and we had a great stay. Plenty of room for 13 adults. Front porch has awesome views of the ocean and a favorite spot for morning coffee. House and kitchen comfy and well appointed. Outdoor shower was a highlight and most used "room" in the house. Short walk to the beach made for convenient access. Would recommend to everyone.

Wedding/Family Reunion

First of all Ben was a great host. Though we never met he responded to my questions almost immediately. The property is as advertised with an unimpeded view of the ocean and ocean access across the street. The house as well appointed. Most everything we needed was provided and there is a grocery store only about 5 miles away. Should you rent this property you will not be disappointed you will be thrilled. Gary

Fantastic Beach Vacation!

The whole experience was wonderful! Gorgeous view of the ocean and sound. Beach was easily accessible (less than a minute from house steps to beach, and that was hauling 2 toddlers, 2 3 year olds and a beach cart). House was fantastic. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the outdoor shower was a huge hit. We had everything imaginable that we needed in the kitchen. The floats, boogie boards and beach chairs available were a nice perk. Ben was very responsive, and helpful with the two very minor issues we ran into. Solved them right away! Would highly recommend Go Big or Go Home, and we will be booking there again for our next trip to Topsail.

Relaxing stay

Although the weather could have been warmer, we had a fabulous stay at Ben’s place. The kids swam every day in the heated pool for several hours, and even went in the ocean several times. The views are gorgeous, and we loved watching the dolphins from our porch. Our family had a great time relaxing and enjoying games, walks and exploring the area!

Nice spot for families

Go Big or Go Home was a great spot for a friends and family getaway. Great views all the way around, easy beach access and a great backyard with pool for relaxing when done with beach time. There were a couple minor issues that we relayed to Ben, who was quick to respond in a helpful manner. There was plenty of room for our three families and a few other friends who stopped by to visit while we were in town. Great spot for a chill family getaway.

Topsail Go Big or Go Home House

Our group of 12 adults and teenagers had an awesome week in Topsail. The location of the house was excellent, just across the street from the ocean with an unobstructed view of the waves from the front porch. The tiki bar was enjoyed by the guys, perhaps a little too much! The hot tub was great. I appreciated that the cover for it was hinged to make it easier to get on and off. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful but a bit on the small side especially for a group of 12. The outside shower was a plus for keeping sand out of the pool, hot tub, and house. There were a couple of issues though. The refrigerator didn’t keep too cold and we were asked to keep our drinks in a small cooler that needed ice multiple times a day. The doorknobs were also problematic. It was hard to get in and out of the house. Ben was a responsive host though and answered our questions quickly, particularly about how to work the outside lights. The views from both sides of the house were excellent! Open one door, ocean view. Open another, sound view. All and all it was a pretty awesome week at the beach. Topsail was new for us and we found it super relaxing.

Excellent location access to beach was right across the street. Pool, hot tub and tiki bar was awesome. Kitchen was fully loaded and the views from all decks was spectacular. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets ever. Overall great!

Relaxing with great views

What's not to love about North Topsail Beach! After searching many months for the right home, I finally found it here. The beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves says it all! Newly renovated, with fresh paint, new tile and carpet. Quiet beach, as if its all your own!

Spectacular views of the ocean & intracoastal waterway (both w/ unobstructed views) and plenty of deck to enjoy them both! Private in-ground pool w/ privacy fence. The tiki bar puts an added touch to the pool area for fun in the sun!!!
