Welcome to 'Get Back' #141 - an exceptional, amenity-rich rental destination you’ll find yourself returning to year after year. This Landmark Vacation Rentals home delivers coastal luxury and an enviable lifestyle. Located on a prime lot in the desirable North Topsail Beach, this private retreat offers a one-of-kind rental experience with resort style amenities. Featuring a private swimming pool, a large hot tub, gas grill, private walkway to the beach, multiple outdoor decks, and, even a fenced-in backyard for your furry friend to run and play (an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed). With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 well-appointed bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably.

Entering through the ground level, guests are greeted with a seating area that offers a L-shaped sofa and TV. Proceed upstairs to find four of the five bedrooms. To the left, there is a sound side bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a TV and en suite bathroom. Beside, is an oceanfront bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, deck access and en suite bathroom. Adjacent, is a second queen-sized bed with oceanfront deck access, TV and en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom on this floor is located on the soundside and has two twin-sized beds, TV and en suite bathroom. To the west, there is deck access that offers sound views. To the east, there is ocean facing deck access. There is a full washer and dryer, an additional refrigerator and a utility sink also located on this floor.

Proceed upstairs to the main living space to find a bright and airy open floor concept living area with many windows, offering an abundance of natural lighting and expansive waterfront views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals and snacks throughout the week. A large middle island offers an extra sink and bar stool seating for four. Nearby, a dining table offers seating for ten. The living room features a sectional sofa and a 63-inch Smart TV, and a DVD/Blu-ray player with over 100 movies to choose from. An additional table and chairs provide seating for four. Guests are welcome to connect their personal devices to the Bluetooth speakers that are installed throughout the interior and exterior. There are games and puzzles available for your entertainment located in the living room nook. A master suite with a king-sized bed, TV, deck access and an ensuite bathroom, featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower are available on the third floor. An additional half bathroom is available on this floor.

There is one high chair and two pack ‘n plays for small children.

There is an outdoor shower located in the carport. High speed internet and five Smart TVs are available throughout the home. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
