Whether you come to Mont-Tremblant to ski, golf, hike, bike or simply to restore, this welcoming condo has it all! Just 9 minutes from Mont Tremblant Ski Village and situated on the acclaimed Golf Le Bete, it is surrounded by breathtaking mountain and golf course views.

As you enter this spacious 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom retreat you`ll be greeted by the spacious living and dining area. The large windows provide bright natural light and access to the private wraparound deck. After a busy day you can relax in style by the fire or outside on the deck, take a soothing soak in the spa or enjoy a game of pool.

In the winter there is cross-country skiing on the golf course and in the warmer months you can spend your day on the green, take advantage of the seasonal community pool, on-site restaurant and boutique, or cycle on the nearby L’Petit Train du Nord trail. It’s the perfect accommodation for a group of friends, a family or just a romantic getaway!

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a drip coffee maker - all you need is your food and spices! Outdoor seating is available for al fresco dining on the deck.

The garden level floor features a cozy den with another Smart TV, a pool table for games night and a brand new spa just outside, ready for deep relaxation.

All linens, towels, and pillows are provided for your stay but if you plan to use the pool, kindly bring your own beach towels.

The community has a shared seasonal pool and on-site restaurant and boutique. You are also situated on the Golf La Bete course as well as minutes away from other courses. There is also direct bike trail access for cyclists.

The shared swimming pool is typically open from mid June to the Labour day weekend. Please reach out with specific dates if you`re curious about the pool being open for your visit!

Les grandes fenêtres offrent une lumière naturelle abondante et donnent accès à la terrasse privée qui entoure la maison. Après une journée bien remplie, vous pourrez vous détendre avec style près du feu ou à l`extérieur sur la terrasse, vous relaxer dans le spa ou profiter d`une partie de billard.

En hiver, vous pourrez faire du ski de fond sur le terrain de golf et, pendant les mois plus chauds, vous pourrez passer votre journée sur le green, profiter de la piscine communautaire saisonnière, du restaurant et de la boutique sur place, ou faire du vélo sur la piste cyclable L`Petit Train du Nord toute proche. C`est l`hébergement idéal pour un groupe d`amis, une famille ou simplement une escapade romantique !

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des plats de cuisson, des couverts, des ustensiles et une cafetière à filtre. Il ne vous manque plus que vos aliments et vos épices ! Un mobilier extérieur est disponible pour prendre vos repas en plein air sur la terrasse.

Le rez-de-jardin comprend un salon confortable avec une autre télévision intelligente, une table de billard pour les soirées jeux et un tout nouveau spa à 8 places juste à l`extérieur, prêt à vous offrir une détente bien méritée.

La literie, les serviettes et les oreillers sont fournis pour votre séjour, mais si vous prévoyez d`utiliser la piscine, veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.

CITQ# 322045
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the police, or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

The property was surrounded by trees and the location was beautiful! It was immaculate and well-stocked with everything you need in a kitchen, including a coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The bedrooms were clean and inviting, and there were plenty of towels. There were three bathrooms, all with showers, which came in handy with 8 people. The main bathroom also had a large tub. It was important to us that it was pet- and child-friendly. The pool table on the lower level was fun and there was also an outdoor hot tub. The host was very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with. It was a ski weekend for us with Mont Tremblant only a few km away. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.
