Panoramic Paradise - Ocean Walk

This is Daytona's only 5 star resort. This custom unit offers upscale delights along with spectacular views. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a large corner Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen Size beds, and the living room couch opens into a sleeper. Using the sleepers the unit will sleep up to 8! Every room features panoramic views of the beach, ocean, river, and city. During the day enjoy the waves rolling in for miles and at night the city will light up before your eyes.

The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the allure of the spectacular views offered day and night from this unit. The large dining table provides ample room for a family of 6, and the kitchen bar will seat another 3. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feed a hungry family. There also is a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience. Every room has it`s own TV with cable and the living room also features a DVD player for your favorite movies.

With free secure private parking, convenient Ocean Walk Shoppes restaurants, and walking distance to the Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don`t need to go any where once your here.

Fantastic place

Only complaint was you are supposed to have 2 parking permits and when coming back from dinner at 7pm on Friday told overbooked you can park across the street and bring voucher for validation.

Great views and location! We really enjoyed the view of the city, ocean and river - always something interesting to see. Unit was clean. Beach towels were provided, which we appreciated! The pools and the lazy river were amazing. The beach access was awesome. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and would definitely stay in this unit again. Overall fun beach destination.

Clean, Great Location & Perfect for our Stay

I booked this condo for a girls trip and our daughters. The condo was a perfect location, very clean and just as they said it would be! Scott (property manager) was communicative and answered all my questions prior to and during our stay. We walked to restaurants, shops, beach and boardwalk and didn't need a vehicle to enjoy the area. The pools and lazy river added to the experience when we left the beach. The staff was polite, professional and very helpful. Thank you for delivering what was advertised with this condo! We will be back and will stay there again.....no question!

Pleasantly surprised

The first Vrbo we tried to reserve wasn’t as nice and cancelled on us last minute and weren’t transparent about the construction they had (which would have closed the pool…half the reason we wanted it). This one was open, and the owner was super easy to communicate with, and we had absolutely no issues with. I appreciated that the resort was also wonderfully located, had great amenities and parking. It was perfect for our first family vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The staff were nice. We really appreciated the two pools, two hot units, lazy river, water slide, beach access and bar! Very convenient for a relaxing vacation.

Parking was rough - had to park against a wall at a steep incline because there aren't enough slots. When we wanted more toilet paper and towels, we were finally informed hours later that someone else owned it and they couldn't provide anything!

Fat reunion

The condo was not what I expected. The one couch was broken and the other you sunk in the middle! When I complained to Scott he sent over a blow up bed which had a leak!! Four of the family members slept on the floor!!! Totally unexpected. The facilities were nice as far as swimming was concerned. The condo didn’t even provide salt and pepper! Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for 9 people for 4 days!

This is confusing and disappointing all at the same time. The listing for this property clearly states that no more than 8 people can stay in the condo, but the guest showed up with 9 people. I wanted to be sensitive to the situation, as the guest explained that she was having a family reunion, so I allowed all 9 people to stay. There is a perfectly good sleeper sofa in the condo, which the guest used, but they also wanted an inflatable mattress, so I went out of my way to have one delivered to the guest. It works fine, so I imagine that it was a user error. There is salt and pepper in the cabinet above the microwave, but no one ever asked, so I didn't have the opportunity to tell them. The email sent to the guest explained how much toilet paper, paper towels, etc would be there when they arrived, so if the email would have been thoroughly read, they would have been better prepared.

This is frustrating because the guest called me when they were checking in and were having issues with security being rude. I immediately diffused the situation by calling the building manager and reporting the issue that the guest was having. The security guard must have been having a bad day, because he is usually very nice. He was reprimanded and apologized to the guest. She called to tell me that he apologized and that she had no issues with me or the property itself. As far as the desk staff, they are very polite and accommodating. I deal with them on a daily basis and they are great! I go above and beyond for every guest to ensure a great experience as I did in this situation.

Wonderful condo, perfect location.

We rented for a cheer competition that was held at the ocean center which was within walking distance from the condo.Never had to drive anywhere.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Scott was quick to respond to our questions. The room was clean and had all of the basics to get us started. The resort is close to several dining options. The beach was nice and the pools were a hit with our kids. The room had some upgrades in furniture which was a nice surprise. We would recommend this unit!

Check in was easy and smooth. I was there in July, so it was very busy, but it was still a very smooth process. I dealt with Scott when renting this location and he was easy to deal with and responded to each concern, which there were not many, quickly and professionally. The condo was very clean and roomy. I had 8 people in total and there was plenty of room. Each bedroom was very spacious, and the living area was great. We had a view of both the ocean and the inlet. I couldn't have asked for better! It was an excellent vacation and an overall great experience! Thank you and we will be back again!
