Enjoy this spacious end-unit townhome in Fraser, with a shared hot tub, located just minutes away from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort & on the free ski shuttle route. The main level has an open floor plan with a large living area, a 1/2 bath & 1 room with a bunk bed + a 3rd trundle twin pull-out. Both master bedrooms on the upper-level have a private en-suite full bathrooms with one King bed and cable TV in each room. Ground level heated parking for 1 car. Overflow parking for a second car is deeded to the property with extra parking on a first come basis. Private owner storage room in garage can be arranged for longer stays 3+ weeks+. Please note Housekeeping has a holiday rate for departures on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day for an additional $260.00 fee.

2025 Spring Break Family Ski Trip

Great property and very comfortable to crash after a long day skiing. My teenage daughter was a little cramped in the bunk bed, but would have been perfect for smaller kids. Property had everything we needed and the host was very responsive with my questions!

Great property to stay in

Great location near Winter Park, CO. Modern, clean and well stocked. The owner is very responsive and made the entire process from booking to check in to check out easy. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room for the six adults and one infant who stayed in the property. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Great ski trip Jan 2025

Super nice and friendly owners! Comfortable condo and had a great time. The condo has a shuttle just steps from the driveway to get to the slopes at Winter Park without having to fight the parking lot crowds.

Great location and amenities

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Two master bedrooms with king beds are rare. The heated basement parking was a game-changer and the location was ideal. It had everything we needed for our vacation.

This property was just what we were looking for. Close to the slopes, quiet location, easy access to grocery and dining options! Well kept and cozy, our family of five was very comfortable. Fantastic place to stay

This was a great place to stay! I loved renting from these owners. They were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. The set up is great with two master bedrooms and baths upstairs with the rest of the living space and half bath downstairs. Very, very clean condo and I am quite picky. I would absolutely rent from them again.

Great place for family stay!

We are frequent visitors to Winter Park for skiing. This unit was great for our family of 5, very clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for family meals & it is very well stocked with cookware, dishes, spices etc. Just steps away from the free bus stop into Winter Park Ski Resort which we have recently realized is a great alternative to driving there ourselves. Easy communication with owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Thank you!

Overall the condo was amazing. We did have trouble locating it (google maps wonā€™t work). The location is great and the hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. We also enjoyed having a space for three kids with the bunk beds. Having laundry in the unit was also a plus. Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful and well-located property, comfortable and clean

My family and I enjoyed a very comfortable albeit brief stay in this property while skiing Winter Park over the weekend. While the check-in process had some hiccups and miscommunications due to a cleaning issue and spotty cell coverage, once we obtained access to the property we found it to be modern, comfortable, clean, and well-provisioned with anything you could need. Considering it was one of the nicest properties we've stayed at in Winter Park, we wish we could have spent more time here!

Not worth the hassle

The house and location were nice. Request directions/instructions to the house in advance, get the additional damage insurance, take photos before and after, contact VRBO right away to get your deposit returned (it took 5 weeks to get our deposit back).

Perfect stay for skiing

Really enjoyed this unit. The beds were comfy (especially nice king bed with sleep number in main bedroom). Upstairs stays cooler than the downstairs but this was perfect for sleeping so we had no complaints. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked and there was a grill on the deck. Washer and dryer were small but again for the little we had to wash - it was good. We did not use the bus to ski but it really is just steps away from the unit. We all agreed we would be happy to stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with.

Christmas weekend w/family

Clean, cozy and plenty of kitchen supplies to cook dinner or breakfast. Host even had a lit Christmas tree in the family room. Having one covered garage space was key when it snowed 6inches overnight.

Nice, clean, and accommodating

Once we got past a few communication bumps due to the craziness of Christmas, it was smooth sailing. The toughest part about this townhome is figuring the right place to turn in. Once you figure it out, you are all good. Host is very gracious and the house is nice and clean and quiet.
