This lovely family cabin rests peacefully on the Chiwawa River in a private, tranquil mountain community. Soak your cares away in your own secluded four-person hot tub nestled just outside the back door along the riverbank.

When you enter this cozy cabin, you are greeted by the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. If you find yourself wanting to catch up on some Netflix Series or movie watching, the cozy living room with wood stove has a full-size sofa and love seat to cuddle up on. Free fiber WIFI makes binge watching easy. The kitchen is central to the living and dining room looking out to the river and is fully stocked with all the necessities you will need for your stay.

The first queen bedroom is located on the main floor across from a full bathroom. Through a sliding barn door, you head upstairs to enjoy the other sleeping spaces. First is the open loft with 2 twin beds and another private full bathroom, and adjacent to that is bedroom 3 with another queen bed overlooking the backyard.

Fees may vary based on the following:

$25 per additional guest per night after base rate has been met. • $25 per dog per night (not charged at time of booking) • $12.18 per night Safely/Damage Insurance Coverage• Travel Insurance: Opt In/Out• Housekeeping fee• 5% booking fee • State/local lodging taxes. • Minimum stay requirements may vary.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time.

Clean and comfortable. The downstairs bathroom drains are a bit slow. Nice amenities, and location. Sheets on the bed are so soft and cozy.

This cabin delivers on all the wow factors. It’s beautiful and peaceful. If you’re from the city and need some down time to slow the pace and spend quality time with the family should choose this cabin. Having a running river outside your back door was awesome!

The Perfect Cozy Cabin

Cute decorations, great location for skiing Plain Valley, well-organized kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, and allows pets. I loved this place and would stay here again.

Yet another amazing stay!

We have made it an annual tradition to rent this cabin for our anniversary, and it never disappoints! The view of the river right off the back porch is stunning, and the property is well maintained and cozy. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back next year!

Family Trip to Leavenworth

We absolutely loved this house and are already talking about going back in the summer! The house is so cute and the location right on the river can’t be beat. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Quick weekend getaway

Another Amazing Stay

This is the second time we've stayed at this cabin and once again it made for an awesome mini-vacation. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere with the river just yards away from the porch. The check in process was quick and easy, communication with the owners was fantastic and overall the stay was amazing (again)! Highly recommended for anyone wanting a few days of relaxation in the wilderness.

Cabin on Chiwawa river

Wanted a peaceful place to celebrate hubby’s 60th. We enjoyed such a relaxing peaceful time listening to the River sounds & very private location. Hot tub was wonderful!! Especially you can see river while enjoying the soak. The place had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Another lovely weekend

This was our second time staying at this sweet little A-Frame on the river. You can't beat the location; it's quiet, woodsy, and we love the sound of the rushing river just outside. This house has everything we need for our stay. It's comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We hope to return again next year!

Great spot to get away and recharge!

The property was perfect! Our dog loved being able to walk right into the river. The swinging chair was almost impossible not to fall asleep in while listening to the river!

Cozy and quiet

Loved the creek in back, very cozy. Wish the curtains in front rooms were darker, though, as the flood light was SO FREAKING BRIGHT. Communication with company was good.

Relaxing Cabin Vacation

The cabin was cozy and well furnished. The hot tub was clean and hot. We barbecued and relaxed by the river. Leavenworth is 20 minutes away. We want to come back in the winter when there's snow all around. Very nice!!

Peaceful getaway

Cabin is exactly as it was advertised. Super clean has everything you need and located in a nice well kept neighborhood. Drive to Downtown Leavenworth is approx 30 minutes. Our family really enjoyed our spring break getaway. Thank you.

Simply perfect in every way!

Cabiny vibe right on the river! Excellent amenities; we did not want for anything. We loved the decor, spaciousness and how private our getaway felt, nestled between trees, so peaceful.If you are looking to stay in, as we ended up doing, there is a plethora of entertainment options: hot tub, board games, channels galore and a wood-burning fireplace. Love, lOvE, LOVE!

Wonderful Family Friendly Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with my 4 and 6yo. They had lots of board games and wonderful yard to play in. We had a blast.

They love the experiences that their children have been enjoying here, so I know they will be pleased to hear that your family enjoyed the cabin as much as they do.
