The main living area features a sofa and love seat with full regulation size pool table and a window wall that folds completely open to allow the amazing breezes into the home throughout the day. All areas of the home offer split air conditioning units so that you can climate control each room to the guests desired temperature.

The master bedroom lanai has 2 chaise lounge chairs or enough room for yoga or meditation. Both the terrace and lanai have roll down shades to provide a cool atmosphere should the afternoon sun become too bright or hot for your afternoon cocktails.
